Start, cleanliness, breakfast
Have been staying at this property for 30 plus years. Great location for me, but don’t like the new corporate policy that they only clean and swap laundry upon request. I was never told this and when I asked later in the day, I was told I need to give them a days notice. They charge more than ever with less service. What’s this world coming to?

I like the location of the pool and work out room.

I always stay at Embassy Suites wherever I travel; however, this was by far the nastiest property I have ever stated. The sheets were nasty and we had to go downstairs and get our own towels, sheets, etc. There was no happy hour or descent breakfast and if I would known, I would have booked somewhere else.
Wow, this hotel was beautiful. Great location (it was kind of tucked off into the back) if you're into quiet and solitude. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. bd the room was so big !! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip from Fl to ATL..
Embassy is great the bar is closed due to Covid19 so it is no one’s fault.
No breakfast buffet or restaurant not being open due to Covid. They take forever to clean your room. Everything else was great, I would stay here again.
It was nice and neat and the staff was friendly. What I did not like is that they charged me full price for the room when the Restaurant was not open, breakfast was not served, the pool and hot tub were closed as well. Usually the main reason why I choose to stay a Embassy Suites is for the breakfast and amenities and this time I did not enjoy any of it. On top of that they charge me for the parking lot, so I literally paid $150.00 total just to sleep 8 hours. I am extremely disappointed.
The receptionist Jamell was sooooooo welcoming and helpful! He ensured that all our needs were met . Johnnie , the waiter was also great sport as well . Aj the shuttle driver was nice as well , he not only took where we needed to go but he also recommended places too. What i didn’t like was one of the receptionist named David , he was rude and did not seem as concerned about our needs at all , had to constantly ask him to send housekeeping to our room to clean and they took their time coming and by the time they came it was almost 11pm and i was laying down. Other than that my stay was good. The breakfast and complimentary drinks were a bonus .I would definitely come again and stay at the property because of Jamell making us feel at home .

Jeff, thank you for staying with us for all the years you have. We truly appreciate your loyalty. Yes all Hilton hotels have a new housekeeping policy which is we do not automatically clean your room each day. However, our team should be asking you at check-in if you would like housekeeping service. If we did not please accept our apologies that is not our standard.
