The service provided by the staff was amazing! Especially Demetrius, what a beautiful and dedicated person. So helpful and kind. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Location is very close walking distance to Georgia Tech. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a contracted “grab and go “ given the Covid pandemic. My room was on the corner of 2 streets making it very noisy . The room also had an odd odor . I convinced myself it was probably the disinfectant that they used . Self park at $20 per day , I felt was reasonable.

I loved everything about this location, except the room I was in was above an intersection that had very loud vehicles and motorcycles late into the night, particularly Friday. No fault of the facility, don’t want to blame the college next door, everything else was nice.

Very Clean and great location. Staff were great and friendly. Only issue i had is that my window was right next to the road. The king bed was very comfy but i got very little good sleep due to the noise exposure especially in the middle of night with loud vehicles and sirens passing by window. I am not sure how you fix that unless with soundproof curtains or stating in advance about the noise and the option to move to a different room. Thank you for your hospitality! The guy that drives the shuttle is a great guy. I do not know how much he gets paid but pay him more!

Road noise is pretty strong but otherwise a nice stay. As other reviewers have noted, ask for rooms on the back side, and higher stories. The back side rooms are even-numbered. Feels secure. Perfect location for GT visitors, walking distance plus they have a free shuttle for within 2 miles. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Valet parking was easy.

The room was nice except the AC system was a little bit loud when I first walked in but by me turning it off and turn it back on and adjusting the thermostat made it quiet down but when I first got there the valet parking the twenty bucks per night was a shock to me but I guess that is sorta of expected in that area because parking is very limited but other than that everything was okay with the hotel

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good location to local eateries bars

Very accommodating staff, clean hotel, decent breakfast, interior of hotel very quiet in the evening but on Friday and Saturday nights the motorcycle drag racing down North Avenue is HORRIBLE. This went on from 10pm until almost 1 am. Next time I will request a room on the other side of the hotel and higher up.

Hotel staff are kind but bathroom are very noisy.

Everything was great with one excrption: we had a huge cockroach in our bathroom one morning. When I told the receptionist about it, she said that there is nothing she can do about it as it it is the peak season for them. She told us that she will talk to her manager yo see if he can do something for us and never got back.

The room was okay. The bathroom lacked hooks for the towels to be hanged and a vent to rid the bathroom of the steam from the shower. This led to a room with plenty of moisture in the air. The wifi was only free for 24 hours even though we had a 2 night stay. The hotel is under renovation at the moment so we didn't utilize any other amenities. Lastly, the room was not very sound proof as the street noise from outside was a bit loud as cars revved engines at the red light and played loud music. Overall the trip was okay given we spent most of the time away from the hotel. Would not recommend if you're looking for peace and quiet and some sleep. If you're more so interested in a good location to downtown activities, you can't go wrong.

Great location as it is very close to Georgia Tech. It is also close to Coke museum etc. The only down side is that the hotel shuttle is limited in timings.
