Hapeville is a great little town situated right north of the Atlanta airport, inside the Perimeter in Metro Atlanta. There are several restaurants within walking distance, but if you drive just a mile or more, you will find much better restaurants. When we booked, we did not know that the hotel was under renovation, specifically the lobby. This was a detractor. Not having room service readily available was another detractor. Thank goodness for many restaurants that are close by. The room was very nice and exactly what we expected from a Hilton property. The staff was also top-notch. We know the renovations are necessary and will make the property great once completed, but if I had known about the renovations, I would have booked elsewhere. Caveat Emptor!

Property was under construction. My reservation was done in 2 parts by Orbitz which made it confusing and had me locked out of my room. The e food choices limited because of construction. Once renovation is finished I might stay here again

For being a Hilton I’ve expected a much higher standard. The room was not very clean you would think that would be a main priority during a pandemic, it also had a weird smell. The room was missing some of the amenities such as hair dryer and iron. I did have to call to get a hair dryer the women I spoke to was short and rude, however the maintenance man was quick and efficient with bringing it up. They advertise how sound proof the rooms are which is not true you can hear all the loud noises. People across the hall were extremely loud at 3 am. I was traveling with my young child so it kept waking him up. However the man at the front desk that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the airport was great. The driver was very helpful and helped with my bags especially since I was traveling with my toddler.

This hotel was horrible. I was overcharged for my stay, the staff were very unprofessional.

The shower in my room would not stay closed. We were given towels but only face and hand towels had to call down again for dry towels. A very loud nose was ever present and seemed to be coming from the bathroom. It was not an experience that I would recommend to others and generally would not stay at this location again by choice!

Checked into an room that had a seal but was definitively in use/unclean

Clean and quiet, just how I like it! Location was great for my travel plans, comfortable stay.

This hotel was incredibly disappointing. I had to remind myself that I actually checked into a Hilton & not a motel. Rundown, outdated & just dirty. Thankfully I only stayed one night. Housekeeping staff incredibly rude. Imagine being awakened at 930am for a 12pm checkout by housekeeping knocking on your door!! This place was subpar to say the least!

Despite the ongoing global pandemic, Hilton Hotel at the airport in Atlanta Georgie still functions in full capacity observing all CDC guidelines!
