All was well with the exception of the refrigerator in room didn’t work (possibly needed defrost).... also bathtub was not clean! Had to place towels in it to take my shower

Our honeymoon night and they made it very special, gorgeous room.

I ordered room service a dozen buffalo wings. It took 50 mins to deliver and I got 6 Buffalo wings and 6 regular wings that were stone cold. I was so hungry that I ate them as I could not wait another hour for replacement wings. How can you deliver half of an order and a cold wing - avoid room service!!

Bathroom was in a terrible state with moldy shower door slides and peeling caulking. There appeared to be mold on the wallpaper in the corner of the room itself as well. Building and facilities were nice with lots of food and activities.

Nice and clean hotel. The staff was helpful. Will stay here again.

the hotel was clean. very nice. I didn't like that housekeeping knocked on the door at 930 am even though check-out is at 11. Overall, it was a good stay though.

1st room had bed bugs (it’s was noticeable in size, still a bug on the bed), then relocated to another room to find mildew surrounding the toilet, in which the toilet seemed to be leaking that led me to find the surrounding mildew. Then I asked for a microwave, and I was told that the hotel doesn’t have one for use, but I can rent one for $10. Renting one wasn’t the problem (rare maybe), it was when I found that the rotating plate was so gummy that water didn’t even bother whatever was on that plate. To top it all off, I was told that the front desk couldn’t do much, because management isn’t on duty on the weekends for any authorization.

decent hotel. But my air never works good there. Also ended up with a room this time air didn't work and the frig made a loud noise for 2 days. Pillows aren't as comfy nor beds as some of their other hotels.

The stopper in the toilet did not work which was disappointing after a long hard day of travel. We got to our room around 10:30 and the toilet stopper was broken, so the toilet was running. to stop it each time we flushed we had to reach our hand into the back of the toilet to put it on! Gross! Upon Checkout the person behind the counter asked how my stay was, and I told her about the broken toilet and she asked if we called someone one and I said no, cause it was like 11:30 pm when we realized the toilet was broken and we had to be up at 4 am to catch a flight. If I called we would have either had to move rooms or wait for an engineer, and we needed sleep. She said sorry about that, at that was all. I am not sure if she really cared, but I don't want to assume her motives, as it was early, and i was tired and just wanted to catch my flight home. However I did feel like my complaint was dismissed. As a Hilton Honors member, I was surprised I was not offered anything like points or a free night or an upgrade for a future stay, as this stay was well below my expectations. When I travel, my first choice of hotels is always a Hilton property because of what the brand stands for. After this, I might have to rethink my choice for the future. They are discontinuing the Visa Hilton Card and moving to Amex, which is probably the perfect time to shop for a new hotel brand.

The indoor pool is not heated and the jacuzzi is broken. Very disappointing as we one of the main reasons we picked this hotel was for the indoor pool. Porter left our bags in lobby completely unsupervised. Anyone could have walked off with them. No apology from hotel staff over this.

Room was not cleaned after my first night there. Trash can in room was never emptied.

Hair in bathroom, on rugs , stains on bathroom molding, just not clean...

The valet and waitress there were terrific however the room was a dated 1980's popcorn ceiling and was dirty in the bathroom. I wiped my finger on mirror frame and was just caked with dirt. Wife got bed bug bites on neck. Checked out early!

I was not impressed with this hotel. Every time I walked down the hall to my room I had to navigate through a sea of trash and housekeeping carts with a strange smell. The whole place seemed a little shabby. It was very loud and I felt like I could hear everything- including the constant creaking of the doors. Housekeeping knocked on my door several times despite the 'do not disturb' sign. You have to pay for parking and wifi- which is also annoying. On the positive side my bed was very comfortable. Wouldn't stay here again though.
