The stopper in the toilet did not work which was disappointing after a long hard day of travel. We got to our room around 10:30 and the toilet stopper was broken, so the toilet was running. to stop it each time we flushed we had to reach our hand into the back of the toilet to put it on! Gross! Upon Checkout the person behind the counter asked how my stay was, and I told her about the broken toilet and she asked if we called someone one and I said no, cause it was like 11:30 pm when we realized the toilet was broken and we had to be up at 4 am to catch a flight. If I called we would have either had to move rooms or wait for an engineer, and we needed sleep. She said sorry about that, at that was all. I am not sure if she really cared, but I don't want to assume her motives, as it was early, and i was tired and just wanted to catch my flight home. However I did feel like my complaint was dismissed. As a Hilton Honors member, I was surprised I was not offered anything like points or a free night or an upgrade for a future stay, as this stay was well below my expectations. When I travel, my first choice of hotels is always a Hilton property because of what the brand stands for. After this, I might have to rethink my choice for the future. They are discontinuing the Visa Hilton Card and moving to Amex, which is probably the perfect time to shop for a new hotel brand.

The indoor pool is not heated and the jacuzzi is broken. Very disappointing as we one of the main reasons we picked this hotel was for the indoor pool. Porter left our bags in lobby completely unsupervised. Anyone could have walked off with them. No apology from hotel staff over this.

Room was not cleaned after my first night there. Trash can in room was never emptied.

Hair in bathroom, on rugs , stains on bathroom molding, just not clean...

The valet and waitress there were terrific however the room was a dated 1980's popcorn ceiling and was dirty in the bathroom. I wiped my finger on mirror frame and was just caked with dirt. Wife got bed bug bites on neck. Checked out early!

I was not impressed with this hotel. Every time I walked down the hall to my room I had to navigate through a sea of trash and housekeeping carts with a strange smell. The whole place seemed a little shabby. It was very loud and I felt like I could hear everything- including the constant creaking of the doors. Housekeeping knocked on my door several times despite the 'do not disturb' sign. You have to pay for parking and wifi- which is also annoying. On the positive side my bed was very comfortable. Wouldn't stay here again though.

Excellent stay!! Bed was confortable and stay was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Our air did not work and once it was fixed it malfunctioned and they had to come back. It was a miserable stay and since I prepaid they could not refund me but they offered me free parking. Not at all okay.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Getting assistance was horrible. We found men's clothing and surgical dressings in a drawer in our room. We called security. It took 3 attempts. It turns out that the supplies belonged to a previous guest, and our room hadn't been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The hotel said they couldn't reimburse our stay because we booked on Orbitz. I will not stay there again.

Horrible location, unless all you're worried about is the airport. They had construction debree everywhere, the front desk never explained the parking situation so we were paying double and didn't even know it. The elevators were messed up the entire time makin us late to everything. .

The food on the lower level is awful. But if you're just extremely hungry and have no choice just avoid the wings. The hotel is under construction so some parts of the lobby is an eyesore. The rooms are clean but not on a 4 star level more like 2.5 star. it is convenient for travel so I suggest using this facility for that only.

Building is old and much more run down than website photos suggests

I stayed at the Hilton Atlanta for a total of 5 nights. The staff was efficient and accomodating. However, the housekeeping was substandard. One of the days that I was there, my room was never cleaned. I had to continually seek out clean towels and toilet paper. The last day that I was there my television went out and they never sent the engineer to fix it. I was not pleased with my stay.

Comfortable stay. There was a good restaurant on site.

I stayed at the Hilton with a friend before and after our vacation to the Caribbean. It is very close to the airport and we used the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. I could not believe how comfortable the beds and pillows were. We also ate at the sports bar below the lobby and the food, drinks and service were excellent. It is also within proximity to a number of restaurants less than a mile away, which we also used. I was very pleased with the Hilton and would definitely stay there again. The only thing that was unexpected was the parking fee. After checking in, I was told that the parking fee was $16/day. I had misunderstood prior to booking the hotel and was floored when I found out it was that much. After telling the employee we would be staying there after our vacation as well, he said I could go online and book the parking for much less. I never could find the website, so finally one of the other employees booked it for me. It was $40 for 8-9 days instead of almost $150 they tried to charge me in the beginning. I highly recommend this hotel, but they seriously need to do something about their parking fees. As much as they charge, you could park at the airport for the same price! Do your research on cheaper parking options before staying here.

We were staying at another hotel for the Catalyst conference, but then decided to come to the Hilton Hotel since we weren't satisfied with the previous hotel accommodations. We were not disappointed. The Hilton Hotel made us feel safe and secure, and nothing could replace that peace of mind. We were able to find a room very quickly, we were able to check in early, and we even got a free room upgrade. We were very happy with the service, and would stay here again in the future!

If you need a great value located close to Hatrsfield Airport (ATL), this hotel is a great choice as long as you do not plan to order food! Dinner for one and overnight parking cost me almost as much as the room. Plan to drive or walk the 1-2 blocks away to enjoy your meals.

The wifi network got to be improve , the Soren is too slow

We booked this hotel to stay in the night before we left for our honeymoon to Aruba. We used their park and fly service, which was convenient and affordable. It saved us more than $50 on parking fees. The room on the 11th floor was very nice the only complaint we had (which wasn't huge) was when we found used washcloths and soap in the shower. I'm sure it was just an oversight by housekeeping, but something I've never encountered before at any hotel. Overall, I'd stay there again.

The room is big and clean with some art on the wall. Bathroom is spacious. The shuttle to and from the airport is convenient.
