i booked a night stay there for my baseball team after our flight was cancelled. within MINUTES of making the reservation I called to cancel it because they gave us a flight. I sat on hold and was never able to speak to someone. I called ahead to say that we would be arriving after midnight. Our flight was further delayed so we didn’t arrive until 2 am. When we got to the hotel, the system was down and they couldn’t get us a room for over 30 minutes. Once they got us a room, we didn’t get a key and they couldn’t produce one for us. In the morning, we couldn’t get breakfast because we couldn’t leave the room until we were packed up and ready to leave.

This is a place to return to.
The front desk staff were very friendly and had accurate information regarding how to take a shuttle from the airport. The room was exactly what I needed for my family and I'll be staying there again in the future.

Damian was helpful, courteous and cheerful - even though it was 11:00 at night and due to delayed flight the shuttle was packed! That led to the lobby being packed - they were overrun but remained positive and cool headed. When we got to the room it was amazing! Talk about clean and modern! Well played Hyatt south

The bathroom was a bit dated and appears to be very patched up. We did have a maintenance issue and had to call several times to get fixed. Our refrigerator was not working and spoiled a bunch of food, it took a while for them to finally come, also no microwaves in the room. That’s very weird! The positive from this hotel was the easy access to the airport, and Damien! Damien the front receptionist was amazing! So friendly and welcoming! He is also a wonderful bar tender, he is truly an asset to this location.

Booked a room with two double beds, and a pull out couch for our family of five - Three teenagers and two adults. When we got there, they had a room with a king size bed and pull out couch. They told us they had been out of double rooms for quite some time and we should never have been able to book it.

Shuttle was very convenient, but only picks up from domestic terminal locations 9-13, where all hotels pick up. It was easy & free. Hotel was clean, close to airport, and breakfast was fine. Would stay again for an overnight in ATL airport.

Not a pleasant experience
This was my first horrible experience at a hotel and must I add this is the most I’ve ever paid for a hotel as well. The hotel bar is tiny, the water pressure is the shower sucks. I literally had to turn the sink faucet on in order to have hot water for my shower. 4am Sunday morning there was loud banging on a door that was a few doors down from my room. Last but not least the grits was not fully cooked. I also don’t agree with paying to park at this hotel, it’s not worth it.
