Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, however the hotel itself compared to other hotels in the IHG chain felt dated and could do with investment. Also transport to the hotel from Atlanta Airport was confusing with no clear instructions on what to do to get to the hotel.

Changes rooms 4 times before the stay even began… looked as if the place had been flooded. Smelled like old water and urine. Samuel and Brad were extremely helpful! They were actually the best part of the stay… the actual building was awful.

Need a last mins stay after a missed flight connection, we had our puppy with us. The hotel had shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient clean quiet and even had a buffet breakfast available. Definitely recommend if ever in the Atlanta area!
