Location was great Staff was awesome

BEWARE The hotel charged me 2x for the deposit even though I paid through orbitz already. One $150 and another $270 I called the hotel and they told me that one was an error and the other was a deposit and it will take couple of days to be returned. It has been a week now and no refund yet. Room was decent and I really like the hard floor Towels are not clean. Shampoo and conditioner is good Bathroom shower needs bleaching because if previous stains, Bed is good. The hallway and elevator smells like marijuana Front desk receptionist was very sleepy hence the wrong charges on my card.

We arrive late in the Evening. Ebony was great in helping us. The breakfast buffet was not good.

First off I'd like to say that I've stayed at this exact hotel many of times and this time was one of the worst. The best thing about my stay was the check in. The representatives were super friendly and helpful. During check in i was told that since i was staying for for 3 night I could receive house keeping all 3 days I would just have to fill out a card stating i needed house keeping. well day 1 went great. the next morning around 830 am I called housekeeping and requested my bed made and a change of towels. after giving the young lady my room number and name she said ok. well fast forward to later in the afternoon when i returned and nothing was touched! i called the front desk and was told that because I'm only staying 3 days that i couldn't get my sheets replaced and if i needed linen i could throw mine in the hallway and change it myself. i said that wasn't told to me during check in yesterday. and i said front desk needs to get on the same page. I even asked one of the house keepers if she could come change the linen as she walked by and she said yes and never returned. Also parking is ATROCIOUS! there is literally one way in and one way out! cars park at the entrance and your stuck waiting forever for them to move. once the lot is filled up good luck finding a parking spot. And yes they charge $10 a day to park. All in all my experience was a negative one and I Wont be back

Very nice clean hotel. Spacious tooms. Only downside maybe the walls a little thin. You hear alot of outdoor noise but nothing that kept us from sleeping. All in all, good trip!

Damien at the front desk was nice, got my checked in with no issues. The room could use some work because the work that's already done is shotty. Nice room but the floor in the bathroom and the shower were filthy. The paint touch up needs a touch up. There was no towels in my room when i arrived but the housekeeper brought me some pretty quickly. Lastly, Saturday night upon entering my room there was a cockroach on my curtain so maybe they need pest control?

The room was nice but not cleaned very well. There was hair in the shower and dust on the floor near the windows. Talk about surface clean. This room needed to be swept and deep cleaned. During check out, the front desk clerk was not friendly and had an unpleasant attitude. The only good things about this hotel was the nice breakfast chef who was working the kitchen all by himself and the close proximity to the airport. Definitely will not be staying here again.

This property is very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. Especially Mrs. Nikita, every time I passed the front desk she was there, asking if I was enjoying my stay and if I needed anything. This was my first overnight stay since COVID and I would highly recommend them to you.

This is my first time staying in a hotel that isn’t Hilton since 2014 and I was very pleased. The hotel room was gorgeous and immaculate. My only complaint was the parking. If the parking was full I had to park in the adjacent parking lot. And since it was cold and raining it was rather unpleasant to walk up a ramp To get my car.

First off I'd like to say that I've stayed at this exact hotel many of times and this time was one of the worst. The best thing about my stay was the check in. Damien at the front desk was nice, got my checked in with no issues. The room could use some work because the work that's already done is shotty. Nice room but the floor in the bathroom and the shower were filthy. The paint touch up needs a touch up. There was no towels in my room when i arrived but the housekeeper brought me some pretty quickly. Lastly, Saturday night upon entering my room there was a cockroach on my curtain so maybe they need pest control?
