This is a privately owned franchise. It definitely was not the best experience I’ve had at embassy suites! I would highly recommend other places around Atlanta! The service was awesome as were the people! I think many of the locals looked at us as guests as suckers. Atlanta has always been one of my favorite places because people are so awesome! I think people disappointed me and were trying to take advantage of me! Usually guests of Hilton are really taken care of! This property was not one that looks after their guests!
The entire checkin process was horrible and humiliating. This property does not take credit cards without a chip. The front desk staff actually thought it was funny. There was the possibility we would not be able to checkin. This policy should definitely be noted on the website!!!
Need Free Parking
The scenery inside was immaculate. I would high recommend this stay and likely to visit again.
Room and hotel were really nice. But there was a lot of guests just standing outside and being loud throughout the atrium.

Very small beds, small bathroom, the breakfast omelette station was very slow and the omelettes were so oily I couldn’t finish eating it. Really disappointed in this hotel. Not like other Embassy’s I’ve stayed in.
Everything was great! The view, the atmosphere, the staff and specially the made-to-order breakfast and free shuttle service to the airport

Aging equipment needs upgrade and improvement. It is frustrating to have to write 50 characters or not be able to leave a
good location, beautiful building!! less than perfect kindnesss on the front desk ...
Room service was horrible. To order food and have to wait over an hour and a half and get terrible food. Unacceptable. I called twice and was reassured my food would be right up. Food arrived and was cold and not very good. My sons food was ok.
Very nice atrium, clean and comfortable, spacious room. Decent Manager's reception offerings. Staff very pleasant.
