very clean and spacious room. one of the best rooms I've booked in a long time. the prices were good but a little disappointed in having to pay to park.

The hotel was running a phenomenal deal while we were there. Every room was occupied. In spite of this, the staff was friendly and helpful despite being obviously overworked.

Staff was not too accommodating for allstar weekend

The hotel was overbooked and I was not informed or provided any notice. I was stranded left with no place to stay. And the hotel didn’t render any assistance.

This is a nice hotel in a clean safe environment... not like a lot of other airport hotels that need updating and perhaps seem overrun by questionable people.

Safe and clean environment. The staff was very kind and friendly. Really clean room.

They charge extra to park your car. Unacceptable. The check-in clerk was very nice and mentioned I had 15 min before the lounge closed. I arrived in the lounge area 10 minutes before closing time. No staff present. Sat at the bar with another gentleman waiting.... At closing time the bartender came out of the kitchen an announced they were closed. I see no reason to come back.

Horrible customer service. I had a reservation and it was cancelled because they over booked the hotel. I did to find out that my reservation was cancelled until I arrived at the hotel after a 5.5 hour drive to the hotel. The manager was very unprofessional

Very accommodating with their shuttle bus. Allowed us to leave early to make our flight.
