Where do I start, called ahead to confirm arrival, arrived at 12am and was locked out for 30 minutes because no one was at the front desk. Was about to look for another hotel in the middle of the night when receptionist arrived apologising because he said that he was cleaning rooms. Checked in, requested double beds and non smoking on reservation but was given smoking room. Got to the room and it wreaked of cigarettes and damp muskiness, beds were dirty and unmade and towels all over the bathroom floor. High tailed back to reception and was given another room. This time it was clean but my room mate had to sleep on the couch because it was a single bed and at this time it was 2am. Too tired to argue or find another hotel. Everything was terrible. Never again.

This hotel is close to the airport but it is poorly lit, smelly and a little creepy.

Poor customer service while checking in there were two employees at the counter one was helping us the other was on her cell phone having a personal conversation while on duty. Terrible greeting our room was disappointing one bed was broken it was tilted with the head of the bed lower than the foot of the bed. The shower head sprayed all over the place. Not a place I would stay again.

Four people capacities in the room only 2 towels kept in the room. You have to go down and get a towel

The hallway smelled so much like pot, that even Grandma complained. We were wondering if the dogs at the airport would stop us! The young girl at the front desk was very nice though. I wouldn’t recommend it. It was run down looking.

My stay at the super 8 in college park was terrible. I left my valuables in the safe of my room. The safe would end up not working. When asking hotel staff for assistance, their answer was “ I don’t know. We don’t deal with the safes. “. Also, I was questioned on why I used the safe. From the night we arrived. The room smelled like urine throughout our stay. Disingenuous staff, rooms with unsanitary smells and malfunctioning technology is a recipe for a bad vacation. Do yourself a favor and get a better hotel.

Nothing nice to say. Staff was rude. I received a smoking room and was supposed to have non smoking. The attendant was smoking down the hall. They wouldn't give me towels when asked. I ask for new sheets had to change it myself. Mold around toilet. Breakfast was horrible. Just stay somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

they charged me for three days even though my reservation was for one. to make matters worse, the place is filthy.

A dump that smells like garbage all in hotel it was cheap but not worth little money spent

near the airport but not noisy got in late slept and left early did stop just long enought to have some of the provided breakfast

It was ok. This was just a 1 day tripto see a baseball game in Atlanta. Im in customer service so I am very picky. But overall it was okay!

It met expectations given the price and location. I had previous stays there and knew what I was expecting.

the floor and carpet was extremely dirty and no amenities as such besides vending machine. but you get what you pay for. though was close to the airport, the lobby and neighborhood looked sketchy.

The hotel and staff were excellent . The only issue we had was the bathroom in our room was not very clean.

Stayed for three nights, staff is very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle they provide is very convenient to get to the MARTA if you want to use public transport to get around Atlanta. Room was very clean. My only complaint is the public kitchen where continental breakfast is held is TINY and if there are more than four or five people trying to eat at once, everybody is shoving and pushing to get around each other and there is no where to sit and eat. But, other than that, enjoyed my time there, I'd stay again.

The hotel was clean and well kept and at the time it was going through renovations. The Continental breakfast was exactly what you expected with the morning news and weather on so you could plan your day knowing what was ahead for you. And the price I paid made even better, all in all I enjoyed my stay. Ronnie

We had a nice stay at this motel. My 8 yr old daughter and I enjoyed standing outside watching the planes take off from the airport. If I do need a motel in ATL again, this will be one of my top choices, Scott

I stayed here almost a week waiting to move into my apartment. I have nothing to complain about other than the floors of the hotel guest room feeling wet. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. The room has a refrigerator and microwave plus breakfast. I stayed alone and felt very safe. It's conviently located by the airport and close to downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place, floors in hotel room felt wet though. I had to wear flip flop when walking around. Comes with Refig and microwave.

The staff was accomidating to my needs does have free continental breakfast, wifi,. Only concern is there were used towels left in the room hanging behind bathroom door that was overlooked.

Please accept my deepest apology. The third floor is a smoking floor and guest assume it is ok to smoke other items. As soon as we smell it - guest are asked to stop it immediately or they are removed via the assistance of the police. We are a zero tolerance hotel. I appreciate that the front desk was nice. Please give us an opportunity again next time you are in town.

Sir - Giving an accurate and true review would be appreciated. Yes there was an issue with your safe and we don't deal with safe electrically issues so a locksmith was dispatched and your items were retrieved. Not once during your stay did you mention anything about your room but rather since I was in room with the locksmith - your room was filthy with clothes and dirty socks just thrown around. I hope you have an wonderful day and thank you for your so-called honest review.

Please send me a charge summary showing where the hotel charged you. The booking was made via third party and maybe they charged you and not the hotel. You paid Orbitz not the hotel.
