The gentlemen tried to tell me I did not have a reservation, and I would have to pay the hotel, and then take it up with Orbitz to get my refund. Upon showing him documentation that I did have a reservation, he miraculously found the reservation. The bath towels were extremely thin and small. The pillows were the size of couch cushions. The entry door to the room would stay open unless you forcefully had to close it. The air conditioner to the room was left off, so upon our arrival, late in the evening, the room was very warm with no air conditioner running.

The hotel could use a renovation or simply updates on their interior design, AND very importantly A DEEP CLEANING. The hotel appears to only have 1 shuttle van. I waited about 45 mins for the shuttle, constantly calling the hotel's front desk to inquire about their driver's whereabouts. I think their shuttle van services 3 neighboring hotels as well, but I think the hotel could use another shuttle vehicle or two. Also, the van was musty and damp. The drivers could be a little more "professional" or customer-friendly. The lobby reaks of weed. The breakfast needs a major improvement. There were sunny side eggs in the mini fridge that look like they've been there an entire month. Who eats cold sunny side eggs by the way? The apple that was in a basket were withered and old. The mini muffins were old, they weren't fresh basically. The milk container was unclean, it had milk residue of spoiled milk from the previous morning or something. I stayed in Room 102, the bathroom has a musty/mildew smell. The bottom of the toilet needs re-caulking. It also looked liked there was a leak coming from the base of the toilet. The drawers in the work desk have not been cleaned, there is debris and particles inside that need to be wiped away and/or disinfected. The pillowcases have mini slashes/cuts on them. The bathroom towels are small. I woke up several times due to the noise of footsteps coming from the staircase or hallway above Room 102. There is dust on many surfaces inside the room.

When I checked in After 3pm my room had not been cleaned. I purchased cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. I called to the front desk for fresh towels and sheets, I was told to come down to get them and to bring the soiled linen down. I was very disappointed that I had to clean at all.

Orbitz directly referenced this hotel to me and I trusted you had done some sort of filtering of whatever hotels you suggested so I didn’t think to read the reviews before booking through you, because I trusted your services. I arrived to the hotel on the night of November 21st before 11pm, and there was no one at the front desk to check anyone in. There was a group of people in the lobby waiting to be checked in, and everyone eventually had to leave and book at other hotels for the night because no one was coming to service the hotel. I eventually ubered across Atlanta to stay at a friends house because I wanted somewhere to sleep. I’m baffled by this experience, and how orbitz has handled it so far. I contacted orbitz the night of and they said hey would work on getting me a refund, then followed up saying the hotel wouldn’t give me a refund so there was nothing they could do. I ended up spending about $120 on this hotel and Uber’s for the night, only to sleep on my friends floor. I find it unbelievable that your company won’t try to compensate me for any of this experience and I will not be booking through orbitz again unless you help me out in some way, whether that’s a refund or an exchanged trip or something. Quit recommending the Days Inn by Wyndham in South Atlanta to people, and please handle this situation professionally. I trusted your site and was burnt for it.

There was nothing to like about it,I was very disappointed when I got the rooms cause there were roaches all over the place,And the guy at the front desks was very unprofessional for the breakfast the milk was spoiled.

Very nice, newly renovated hotel. Clean rooms, big bed, free airport shuttle, free breakfast.

The willingness to help however they were needed or whenever they were needed.

THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. THEY NEEDED A FEW MORE PLACES TO EAT AT CLOSER BY,

Nothing exceptional about this place. Was told there was a pool. It was covered and hadn’t been used in a long time. Continental breakfast was pathetic.

The door was broken on the inside. You could see out in the hallway. The hotel smelt like smoke. Tried to get towels and no one was at the front desk.
