The hotel is clean and nice but the parking situation is ridiculous! You have to pay $30 dollars a day to park! That’s not the issue the issue is there is no valet parking since it’s Covid so you have to go park your own car in a parking garage across the street behind some other building on the third level. So you’re paying to park your own car and it’s a3-5 minute walk. If there is no valet why should we have to pay $30 bucks a day??? I didn’t understand that, also they say they have room service but they don’t and the stuff is confused on weather they do or don’t.

The style and the modernization of the property. The staff was very pleasant.

Location was excellent, the hotel was extremely clean and well maintained.

The hotel was clean and nice, and close to the airport. However, there is no restaurant or bar open, even though Georgia has been "open" for weeks and to pay luxury hotel rates without a bar or restaurant is ridiculous. If there are no services, this should be clearly laid out on the website and it was not

Beautiful hotel. Wish it was there longer. Very convenient.

Wait staff was not properly trained, and they were slow to assist in the simplest issues.

Hotel is extremely nice and the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very polite and accommodating right from the start - even at 10:00 at night! We asked for a cold bottle of water and within minutes received 8 bottles!

Called a few days ahead to confirm reservation. Showed up from my flight and was told there was an error and that they had to send me to a different hotel across town. It all worked out, just not as expected.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. You could not hear any airport noise at all. The bar was excellent.

short, but very nice stay before an early morning flight
