The entire place smelled terrible. there were long hairs inbetween sheets indicating they had not been changed. The breakfast was bad, instead of individual milks they had a whole gallon that everyone was using. The food was stale. The U.S. marshals and task force came in and made a bust and arrest. This was the most awful hotel experience ever!

The room was the worst room I've ever been in my whole entire life

Dirty rooms has a weird smell. The breafast was gross. There were crumbs all over the place. Im guessing no housekeeping crew

I'm not one to complain and sometimes don't take reviews seriously because people tend to exaggerate, I overlooked the reviews and that was a mistake. The hotel is in horrible shape. It is is undergoing remodeling but it should have been closed for the time being. You can see the debris everywhere. Some rooms don't have doors. The day I stayed (12/18/2017) the bedroom doors had just been painted so you could get a super strong and unbearable fresh paint smell. Was in there for 5 minutes and got a headache from it. Staff was nice enough to give me the only room which didn't have such problem, a handicapped room. A lot of the room numbers were laying on the floor because of the fresh paint. Even with the current remodeling efforts the hotel looks beat up and outdated. I had to use the clothes pins from the hangers to keep my curtain shut for the night. I didn't dare take a shower. I do not recommend anybody to stay at this place.

There’s no way I would ever stay at a hotel like that. The conditions there cause my daughter to have an anxiety attack she was so scared. There was vehicles parked with there windows blown out from Vandalism at least 3. Rent from a different hotel

The hotel was being renovated, it was messy, lots of dust, hardly slept, lots of noises from upstairs room and stair access next to room. It was a cheap stay but wouldn’t stay there again.

Roaches crawling up wall, paint falling off walls, men screaming at the end of the hall, pleather chair material peeling off. Literally did not even feel comfortable or safe sitting down in the room. Only was staying overnight from 10pm to 6:30am, but called orbitz and paid for another hotel and was out of there an hour after arriving to this Microtel. Picture online are complete lies/misleading.

The check in process was decent. However the temperature in the room was hot as fish grease. The batteries in the remote control for the television was dead. There's was absolutely NO hot water in the shower. The carpet wasn't vacuumed at all, it was extremely filthy. The walls are paper thin so I heard the neighboring guest arguing for hours. The bathroom's wooden door was splitting badly and missing pieces or it gets gnawed on daily. Definitely an eyesore and should be replaced immediately. The microwave hadn't been cleaned inside or out since the previous guest. Food particles left on the inside & outside. Definitely won't be back and would not recommend.

The room was comfortable. It could have had a better breakfast for the mornings but it was cool. The hotel was in construction at the time of my visit so as I entered in an out the hotel the stinch was terrible an the hallways were extremely hot.

Good for the price. Old building but it was clean. Mattresses seemed new and clean. No bugs.

Room some kinds of too small, Only one restaurant over there.

I booked this hotel because i had a very short overnight layover. I was expecting to go and sleep 3-4 hours and be gone again. I chose this hotel because it was budget friendly for such a short stay and because they had a hotel shuttle. When I arrived at 11:15PM they informed me the shuttle driver went home. She told me to take a taxi. I asked if they would be paying for the taxi she said no because the shuttle is a luxury not a right.... ok nice treatment for your guests. The website made no indication that the shuttle was certain times. When I finally arrived the bathroom was dirty. Hair in the bathroom, died pee around the toilet. Gross!!

I needed a place to stay overnight after missing my flight out of ATL. This hotel fit the bill perfectly with safe, clean, near-the-airport accommodation at a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provide pick-up/drop-off services from/to ATL. Breakfast is no-frills.

Older, more grungy than other microtels I've stayed at.

Clean, courteous staff and good condition. For the money, far better than any competitors.

The power kept going out. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs.

The room was okay, the sheets and towels were clean, but the amenities were rather old. The light in the room was too strong, and the side lamp was not working first, but got fixed later. The couch on the window sill, is dirty to sit there and enjoy. Of course it was a rather cheap choice, but still could have been improved more.

The rooms were smelly and the fridge in the breakfast room had the door taken clear off the machine and leaned against it to close. I have stayed at the Microtel in Bozeman Mt and found it to be very nice so I was expecting the same quality here. What a disappointment. The one positive was the staff. They treated me very well. They helped to mitigate the poor surroundings with their service.

Did not stay there, booking was for a wrong day/date and unable to change date Online. Was made to pay for this Orbitz Website mess.
