Like the staff. I have been staying at this hotel since January 28th when a tree fell on my home. I could not get Microtel headquarter to offer me a what I consider to be a affordable rate the hotel floor is dirty house shoes a light color side around the sole was filthy. I purchase a mop and bucket and cleaner to clean the floor. 4 times my room was forgotten for room service, towels has been short, I purchase my soap and cleaner. With the virus breakfast was close and the one working ice machine was turn off but I didn't get a discount in the price of the room with these amenties being taken away.

No shuttle services after 10 pm - didn't find out til I was stuck at airport at 11:00 pm. I emailed hotels 2x days before stay to check on shuttle times and got no answer. Also, paper thin walls. I had to listen to the tv in the room next door til almost 3:00 am.

Need to be more upgradeable ...ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working walls need to be painted in the rooms bathroom's too in poor conditions.

Well the manager was drunk. The employee checking us in was very uncomfortable with that. The hotel had a unpleasant smell when you walk in and the rest of the hotel smelled strongly of marijuana. There was pubic hair caught in my towel and cigarette burn holes in the sheets. I would have left the establishment but I had a flight in 3 hours. I’ve stayed at this hotel before in another city so I’d hoped for the same nice experience. This one was awful.

No electricity or hairdryer in bathroom. Very unsafe. People running through the hallways all night long slamming doors and yelling. The only good thing was the driver who took me to the airport.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable! Staff was friendly but Deep needs to learn to smile! Breakfast was satisfying. I'd stay here again. Very nice room!

The water came out of the faucet sideways. The luggage table was broken. The tile in the bathroom floor was grungy. People made a lot of noise at 2am like it was a party spot. It was cheaper and got the job done but it needs to be at motel prices before I put up with this poor quality experience.

The hotel was old and rundown. Definitely needs to be renovated

The Microtel is cheap and it shows. The place needs serious updating. It was clean enough but things like mildewed caulk in the bathroom, poor breakfast options, and no amenities make for a bare-bones stay. I will choose someplace else on my next visit.

My first impression of this hotel wasn’t really good, the amenities look deplorable and not really taken care off, front desk wasn’t friendly... it wasn’t rude... but he wasn’t friendly... in our room we could hear everything in our surroundings... EVERYTHING... and in the morning of check out I was getting up after a long night working at 10am when somebody started to knock heavily at the door and try to open it I answered the door and it was management telling me checking out... and obviously upset I asked check out as at 11, no? She affirmed and went away. At 11 started to call... and as soon as I graved my bags they knock on the door again. Worst service ever, never coming back!

Needs clean up. The room stinks. No phones in room and enought towels, even no soap. the breakfast is joke. Couple apple, coffe milk, dry cerels and bread and muffins.

The staff was great, the room looked clean but had mold on the walls and old blood on the sheets needs to be updated old TVs old dirty bathrooms, when I checked in at the entrance the hotel stunk of marijuana I could not get any sleep because of arguing between a couple people walked and yelled all night horrible place don’t waste your money and no clean towels I tried several different times just to get a wash cloth nasty hotel stay at the hyatt

I was a little worried about staying here based on others reviews. We had a flight cancelled and needed a hotel the night before the super bowl and were luckily able to get a room. Overall very pleasant stay. You get what you pay for, as other reviews have said it is loud, the walls are very thin so noise carries. Other then that no issues, clean rooms with comfortable beds. This was booked very last minute and we had no issues getting the shuttle to come get us and take us back to the airport at 5am. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I had to cancel this reservation. Motel did refund our money, which was appreciated. There were drug dealers right outside entrance of the motel, who tried to intimidate my 21 year old son and he couldn't get out of the car he was picking up for our car dealership. He was terrified, they would hurt him or steal the car. I hope this motel can to something to remedy this situation, since it is bad for their business.

My experience was HORRIBLE!!! My extended reservation wasn't in the system. Someone had a key to my room and kept trying to enter my room, it was a nightmare!!! I was petrified, and a state of shock. I went downstairs to speak with the hotel desk clerk. She was very apologetic, and informed me my name wasn't in the system. I expressed my concern about being scared and not happy about the ordeal. I asked the hotel clerk to write me a letter about the incident. She agreed without any problem. I did let her know, I was about to check out, and would contact the manager later that morning about my horrible experience. She asked me to stay until the manager arrive after 7:00 a.m. I told her, my nerve was too bad!! It was around 2:30 am. I called the manager later that morning, as well as Orbitz trying to rectify the problem and get reimbursement for my stay. My original reservation was Friday-Sunday., then I extended my reservation until Monday. I tried diligently working the issue out with the manager last year in October 2017, and through Orbitz. The manager told Orbitz I stayed in the hotel two hours after the incident occurred, which wasn't true!! After speaking with the hotel clerk, I immediately went upstairs to pack my belongings, then took a shower and left the hotel. I am still not happy about the ordeal, and still looking for some answers!!!

I've never experienced that someone's pubic hair was on the shampoo container. After I saw it, I couldn't take shower anymore.

To start with the airport shuttle was a joke. They never had it running and I had to get rides from the other hotel shuttles nearby. The rooms need to be upgraded and are showing major wear. Cheesy little tv.

Terrible hotel, dirty. I stayed here because my flight was delayed and I lost my connection, I got scared once I arrived to the hotel. Several gates to access the building like entering in a prison, weird people wandering outside and ghetto looking guests roaming in the hallways (and this was passed midnight). I regret choosing this hotel based only in few reviews I saw and knowing that Microtel is not such a bad place to stay. Never again!!!

This location supposedly offers smoking rooms, but upon arrival told that there were no smoking rooms available. Also the front desk staff in the morning is usually a young lady w/ long black hair, she is very rude, and has no customer service skills at all! Our room was dirty, the hotel was dirty, and even after remodel, the entire facility was dirty!!! Would never recommend this hotel, not even to the crypt keeper!
