The staffs needs customer service training and the hotel needs renovation. The room was a good size but was not clean. I wouldn’t recommend a family trip in this hotel.

This property was a disappointment. It had peeled paint off the walls, insects coming from the peeling trim around the room. We had stained sheets as we examined the room. There was black mold on the trim.

I reserved my room ahead of time and arrived Friday night. Upon my arrival, I was given a room that I didn’t ask for, then I received keys for the second room and it was occupied already. Finally, the third room was vacant and the two beds I asked for, but the sheets were dirty in both beds! I was told it was non smoking but the whole hotel smelled like smoke to me, I won’t stay at another Red Roof Inn again.

I was expecting a better hotel, they didn’t even had a crib or a rollaway bed. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the toilet seat was lose and making a noise, also the breakfast was terrible.

No issues staff was very welcoming. Checked in with no issues. My room was clean never had to call downstairs and complain about anything. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

As I walk into the front lobby, I see trash renovation/building materials all over the place. The gentleman at check in had no clue what he was doing, very disorganized, and then charged me for the room up front. I also get informed that there is no complimentary breakfast being offered for the next 30 days (otherwise posted online). Overlooking this I decide, to continue to my room. On the walk there, the pool area is tore up and not operational, there is no carpet on the hallways that lead to the room, and the hallways are dark and don't give off a comforting vibe. We enter our room, and notice that the furniture is 20 years old, disgustingly dirty, and beat up. The walls by the bed are covered in shoe marks, there's even a brown stain on the ceiling. The sink in the room does not work properly and the white sheets on the bed are also stained. We instantly realized we were lied to and demanded a refund. He did this without any questions or statements, which was greatly appreciated. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel was that the AC worked. Do Not Stay Here, At Least Until The Renovation is Complete...which btw I believe that they should be stating on Orbitz

It was a nightmare! No shuttle to get there. The bathroom wasn't clean. Old scrawny towels. The carpet was so gross we couldn't walk on it barefooted. No phone in our room. No breakfast.

Not a good experience. Didn't like hotel. I will NEVER go there again.

Air conditioner did not work in the 1st room. Then we were placed to another room but that room has not been cleaned up yet. We were compelled to go back to the 1st room, so terrible!

Things are falling apart or already fell apart. Lamp shade in Room was broken. The glass pane in framed art is cracked. Toilet clogged after one use. A/C Heater is missing filters and full of gluck. Algae in swimming pool and looked disgusting. Fitness room was a dark storage room of few equipments. Paint peeling all over the room. Hole in a lamp contoller that made the whole thing unusable. Breakfast was done before 8:45 am and no staff cared to come to refill missing food items, or maintAin the food counter clean.

Staff was really friendly and helpful . Room was really dirty . Please do not attemp to book this facility just book any motel with name on it much better than this place

I was told Transportation would be available when arrived at airport. When i called i was told there is Transportation after 11 A M. and staff became nasty with on the phone with me, i had to rent a car. When i got to the Hotel i asked why were you so nasty with me? she said, because you was taken up my time.

Horrible hotel would be better off in a motel, or air bnb

It was horrible I didn’t even stay the night and the room had a funny smell

The photos Orbitz displays are many years old from when building was a Comfort Inn. This hotel is filthy! I found blood and bugs on the mattress and lipstick on the comforter. Next to the bed was a puddle of who knows what and I'll spare you details of the bathroom. Drug use and yelling in the hall. Book anything but this hotel. I complained to three different Orbitz representatives that the photos are inaccurate and all three didn't seem to care a bit. Disappointing.
