This a mixed review. Everyone at front desk, Resturaunt and driver to airport A However I worked till 3am then went to gym till 4am. At 4 no one was at front desk to get a “do not disturb sign” that should been in room anyway. I had a late check out so I could sleep. I also only booked this hotel to get 1 night of sleep before travel. Sure enough the cleaning lady started banging on door at 8:57 am. Really! There should be communication on who has checked out regardless and this unacceptable. Expected more of a fine hotel

Love the location of the hotel. Friendly staff and the rooms where big . Love that you can watch plans.

Easy access to the airport. Excellent food at the restaurant. Great staff.

The service was excellent. However, two things really disappointed me. First was the ridiculous charge for parking...exorbitant. Second, and more serious, was the very old condition of the bathroom. The low toilet wasn't much of a problem, but the bathtub has an uneven bottom which is a little slippery...very poor, especially for someone with balance problems. The one vertical grab bar in the shower ends up behind the shower curtain if you pull it completely closed, and there's no horizontal grab bar to use from any point in the tub. Who takes showers these days? Almost EVERYONE. The bathroom should be optimized for showers, not baths. The bathrooms should have been modernized years ago.

Check-in was quite easy and friendly. I also used the parking facility while away on holiday for two weeks. The room was comfortable and there were many dining options close by within a minutes drive.

The property was very nice. Our view of the concourse was amazing. Our room was very comfy. The amenities were great. However the day we checked out my daughter and I went down to order breakfast to take it back up to the room and the staff in the restaurant were not very friendly and just acted like they had nothing to do or nowhere to be. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever and us getting our food. And then our food came out before our drinks after the lady who took our order had already said she would go get our drinks first. And then a man brought half of our drinks out which were wrong but by that point I didn’t care and then it took him over 15 minutes to bring the other half of the drinks out which were canned Pepsi ‘s.This is definitely an area that can be improved on.

There was a lot about the hotel that I did and didn't like. I will never stay there again, if I can help it. The staff was pleasant and polite. They just didn't follow threw on a lot of things request for my needs at the establishment. I was told that the housekeepers, could give me my own sheets to change my own bed, due to the COVID rule of them not performing Housekeeping but every 4 days. The WIFI was Horrible and you had to pay for the more enhanced and speedier WIFI Service at their hotel. I am at another Marriot hotel and the WIFI is Free for guests. I would definitely like to give a Shout out to Amber. She was very Kind, Nice, and Professional. Keep it up Amber. The restaurant was slow and super expensive for guests. The staff was understaff and they didn't change their gloves, periodically while performing multiple tasks, throughout Restaurant and Bar area. The Laundry room was Free, but It was only one washer and one dryer for the entire Hotel. This Hotel is very Large. Their are like 12 floors I think. I use to call down for more bath towels and at times, it took between 30 minutes to even an hour. That was due to Miss Communication or Non at All. That happened a lot downstairs with the staff. I travel all over and I have been to many hotels so far, but I have never gotten so much Push back, and a lot of No to Guest who are only requesting of things that most majority of hotels services provided. There was only microwave for entire hotel.

This hotel is very clean and beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and the room overall exceded my expectations. If you love seeing airplanes take off and land without having to get on one, this is the perfect hotel to stay at. I love this hotel and the fact that it is right beside the airport is remarkable.

I didn’t like anything the staff was rude the shuttle driver was rude decided to eat a hotel restaurant wait he’d two hours and twelve minutes for a burger the are really short on staff

I like the location and cleanliness about it . The staffer was so kind and reasonable for my checked out. I will definitely book it again on my next visit. Good place .

Everything was great during my stay and i will be back.

Very convenient- close to the Atlanta airport. Took me 5 minutes to get when taking an Uber.

I love that you're able to see their planes take off. I have my kids with me and they are amazed.

Shuttle to the airport, conveniently located. Love the rooms overlooking the runways. Surprisingly quiet at night - windows and doors very sound resistant.

My room was changed without any warnings and I was told if I had said something before I checked in it would’ve been fixed but how am I supposed to know it’s the wrong room until I get in the room
