The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Though we stayed by the airport we were given a room on the quiet side. So, we had a peaceful night. We enjoyed dinner at the bar and were able to take in views of the planes taking off, which was nice.

the front desk clerks at check in and check out were great. The only complaint was we had to pay to park in a lot that is part of the hotel, $25 and we are guest in YOUR hotel. I don't charge my guest to park in my parking lot when they visit me. The breakfast bar and service was great. the beds were comfy and room well kept.

There is no free shuttle from international terminal. You need to go back to domestic and call the hotel to tell them to pick u up. The hotel phone number is not answered. Cost me internatiknal call fees. You eventually pay uber to get u there. The receeptionist is not interested and checks u in without telling u about breakfast options. Hotel room is old but comfy. Needs updating. Balcony is lovely but flooded. Very loud with planes but quiet in room. Luggage sticker on smoke alarm. No water in room. No way to make a coffee. Poor customer service. Shuttle guy next morning was lovely though.

The complimentary shuttle was not running the night we arrived in Atlanta at 1:30 am eventhough we were told it runs until 3 am. It is convenient to the airport but when the shuttle isn't running thats not very convenient. Fortunately a competitor's hotel service took us to our hotel and we tipped him. We told the front desk representative and she was very unapologetic and was quick to remind us that the shuttle was complimentary. Furthermore, she offered the gentleman in front of us a bottle of water, but not me and my family and we are Rewards members. When I asked if the hotel could cover the tip that I gave to the other hotel's shuttle driver, the front desk reminded me again that it is a complimentary service. On a positive note, the morning shuttle ride back to the airport was fantastic and the driver was extremely professional.

The room and bathtub were clean, even though is next to the airport we have no complain over planes noise. The staff was kinda grumpy, and the stay didn't include wifi, hopefully we got roaming to complete some travels needs like web check-in and stuff.
