was placed in wrong room, bad experience......................

This property is really showing its age! My family still had a nice time, the water park is fun, the rooms are good, the service is excellent; unfortunately, the waterpark is looking really run down. There is evident rust on the metal structures, some of the tubes had tattered handles, the decorative features (the artificial mushrooms, beavers, trees) all look like they are covered in a thick layer of dust to the point that you can't even see what color they should be. The whole place appears to need a good power washing. We have visited several times over the last 10 years and this year was a marked difference in how run down it looked.

The water park was nasty. A lot of hair and trash in the water

Alot of entertainment for grandchildren. Many different food choices. 4 miles from rom airporr.

Loved the facility. Very family oriented. The only complaint I have is the chlorine smell. It was overwhelming on the first floor where the water park is located. They need better ventilation.

Rides are great. Need slides outside just as inside or better.

The room and the food at the lodge buffet were excellent. My problems were with the activities they have for the children staying there. We brought our grandson, age 11, and since he didn't participate I don't know what they were exactly, but the result was there were children running up and down the halls at 11 at night, especially in this one room off the elevators. I was just glad our room was farther down the hall from the elevators. And I thought allowing only guests at the lodge to use the water park was a good idea, until I found out how many rooms the lodge had, and how many children were staying in those rooms. The water park wound up being very crowded, and noisy, although the rides in it were very good.

Had fun and would recommend for families. Geared for younger kids

I took my sister and her family for a summer vacation. My niece and nephews loved it! The adults had fun too! It was the most amazing overnight stay ever! The staff was friendly!

From the time we pulled up to valet everyone was so friendly. It was myself, my daughter and two grandkids ages 9 and 12. Check in time is 4pm we arrived at 2pm and checked in right away no lines to wait in on a Saturday. Received our wrist band that allow us to play right away. Our room was ready at 4pm. The room was nice, clean and the kids loved the Wolf Den. The pool area had so many different area something for everyone. There are extra activitie packages you can purchase but you don't have too, there are free activities like the dance party in the lobby after the pool closed. Fun,fun, fun would sum up my entire experience. Thanks to the great staff free smiles they were there to assist with everything. I will definitely be back.

Great experience at the lodge will love to return for another stay

Hotel room with nice. We had a lot of space for everybody. It was very expensive. We went to one of the restaurants and the prices are outrageous. The hotel was beautiful though. We enjoyed the shows that they had. The little kids enjoyed story time. They also enjoyed the party time. Very cool place.

It was awesome! We enjoyed the water park and the food.

Just had a quick stay and chose Great Wolf to spend fun time with the kids. Spent lots of time in the waterpark in the pool, on the slides, etc. and they loved it. Rainforest Cafe was a 3 min drive away, but staying at the Great Wolf netted us a discount when the waiter noticed are wristbands (not sure what the program is, but apparently Rainforest gives discounts to those staying at Great Wolf so be sure to mention it if you go.) Great Wolf was a little pricey, but worth it in the end.

Everything was great but the pizza shop could do better food looked and tasted microwaved.

Are check in was at 4PM but we got there early at 1PM they gave us are room the room had microwave and fridge we broght are own snacks and breakfest. Its a good idea to buy the refillable cup its 12.99 but all the refills u want soft drink or Icee. And also its automatic check out so dont need to go to the desk.

This is all kid themed venue . The younger kid to age 10 loved the park, but the older kids were a bit bored.. Good value when you consider the water park tickets are included in the room price. Still a bit pricy.

had a great stay - had to wait about 30 minutes after check-in for room to be ready but otherwise a great stay!

The desk clerk who checked us in made mistakes, the remote control for TV didn't work and it took more than 12 hours before someone came to fix it, the water temperature was too cold for December, every costly meal was either over or undercooked and tasteless. I couldn't find the waitress, so finally went to register so I could pay our food bill. Since all smoking rooms were booked, the rest of us ( We pay just as much as non-smokers.) were forced to smoke outside, exposed to the harshest elements. They could provide a three-sided shelter cheaply, and promote better relations. The best customer service, by far, came from Bell Services. Also, one desk clerk went out of his way to correct his co-worker's mistakes. Have been to this lodge 3 times. First time was great, Second time was pretty good. Third time, I've had all their pleasure I can stand. Will go on a cruise next time I want a great experience for me and my kid.
