Business trip, 4 night stay. The Staff was pleasant and competent, it cold be poor management that lowered my rating. The desk chair riser didn't work, the toilet tank leaked and ran intermittently. I let the front desk manager know twice, but neither was taken care of. The breakfast was included, but not appetizing. Egg dishes cooked to a singe.

Small bathroom and not a great fit for a family of 5 with a baby!

This was truly a great place to stay. Breakfast is the best that I have every had included in the price of the room. Our room was comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was nice and quiet and the check in staff were great. Very helpful in discussing local restaurants in the area. I would stay there again.

We were in town for a Volleyball Tournament. The hotel is centrally located. Before and after our scheduled events we enjoyed a local popular Holiday attraction. Restaurants and shopping options were close by.

We will come back! It was clean, staff were very kind and the hot breakfast was wonderful!

Very nice location to mall and restaurants. Room was very nicely decorated.

My wife has to regularly come to Grapevine for medical reasons and this has become our favorite hotel to stay at. Great price, great location, friendly staff, great breakfast. Highly recommended.

There may have been bigger, more luxurious hotels in the area but when it comes down to it a smiling face ready to assist your every need is priceless! The staff, from the General Manager, Front Desk, Shuttle Service to house keeping, went above and beyond. Our "bucket list Final Four adventure" was great!

was fun time couldn't have imagined a better place to stay.

Only thing didn't have was microwave, other then that awesome place

Overall my stay was great. The staff was nice, the room definitely exceeded my expectations for the price. Very roomy, clean, nice floor plan, bed was very comfortable and the shower felt wonderful. However, a few complaints: each time we turned the TV off ....in order to get to turn back on we had to keep unpluggin it to get it to work and then it was ok while it was on, the bathroom where the toilet/shower was ... was very small like a closet and I was disapointed with the breakfast... They gave the impression it was goin to be a hot breakfast with variety. It was just the usual continental, pastries, donuts, fruit and oatmeal. Its ok if you just want a little something to put in your stomach on your way out but I expected more hot foods. The only thing they had hot was a breakfast biscuit sandwich. Which had a microwaved egg circle, 1 strip of pre-cooked bacon and a half slice of cheese. So If you want a real breakfast you may want to just go to a nearby restaurant.

I have stayed at a Hyatt Place in several cities and once again this property did not disappoint! The staff were extremely friendly upon arriving after difficulties at the airport. The shuttle will take you to restaurants and other locations within a 5 mile radius free of charge. Whenever I travel I look for the nearest Hyatt Place!

Wall unit for AC was very loud but had to be run all night to cool the room down. Otherwise, nice hotel, good location close to DFW.

Hotel was very clean and rooms were well maintained. Nice continental breakfast sandwiches and pancakes. Close to great shopping & eating. Only 6 miles from DFW and 20-30 min from stadiums. Staff was wonderful. Highly recommended!

I have no complaints about this Hotel. Many companies could learn something about customer service from the staff at this hotel. They were receptive and curtious the entire time (ceck-in to check-out). I was travelling with a senior and a child, both were taken care of and happy with the trip the entire time. -- as a side note, the hotel was spotless. I have not seen this level of cleanliness in a hotel in a long awhile.

I have stayed at this hotel before, so that is why I chose to stay again. From June 2010 to Nov 2011 the hotel has taken a turn for the worse. Upon entering the room there was a weird odor, like smoke and urine (smoke-free hotel?). The room looked clean, but smelled awful. The hotel was booked solid , so another room was out the question. The bathroom fan did not work. The bathtub was nicked up and a corner of the tub had a hole in it, fortunately not in a spot where water could leak. The beds are still very comfy. To top things off was that we planned to attend a concert and the hotel power went out for 2.5 hours. No one at front desk had an explanation and an hour into the power outtage, no one would answer the phone. When the power finally came on we had 1.5 to get showered, dressed etc. to get ready and make it to Dallas. Made it late. Bummer. Great trip but disappointing accomodations. Please do repairs, I love the location and I usually Love Hyatt Place.

Good hotel, nice room, great view of fireworks at the gaylord hotel. There was some theft the night we were there, not my truck but others, so be careful, not hotels fault becuase i heard stories all over dfw, so be careful no matter where you stay!!!

It was GREAT! The room was spacious.

we went to the grapevine shopping mall and to lego land! it would have been more enjoyable if the pool wasnt so cold, it was a awesome easter to spend with my friends
