The building is a little shabby. Letters on the big sign are burned out. Sink and tub drains don't close. The closet door doesn't close. The toilet runs. Elevator doors squeeeak. Stuff like that. But everything was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The furniture is room is a little banged up… tear in couch cushion. TV was not working ( someone prior to my stay must have messed with input source) and remote needed batteries. Also toilet appeared to be leaking so had to use towels around the base of toilet to soak up water. I was told to leave them there and housekeeping would get them upon my checkout.!!! But aside from that it was decent. Great beds, nice linens… friendly staff and nice little bar area with a small assortment of hot food. Breakfast good too!

Hyatt Place Dallas/Grapevine is our go-to hotel when we are in the area. The parking is safe, the airport shuttle bus is on-time and efficient, and the rooms are very nice including comfortable beds and the additional of a living room space and desk area is handy.

Very nice room. Hotel was close to our conference, so that was helpful. Nice hotel. Wish it had a hot tub, as we will be that way again next year. Bed was firm, but I was at least able to get some sleep.

It was a quick stay. I e machine were broken. The carpet was damp in our room. The ac wasn’t as cold as it should have been. Woke up at 3 am sweating to death. The shower was Luke warm and very low pressure. The girl who checked us out in the morning I had to wake up. She was sleeping at the desk. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are other that are close by that are better choices.

My husband and I as well as two other couples stated that the hotel for the wine fest in Grapevine. This location was chosen due to his proximity to the festivities. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Perry, who was very informative and was great.. when I went to my room I was not pleased with the condition of the carpet, which had several spots all over it as well as the bathroom, the ceiling and the noise associated with my AC unit. Also, my remote control did not have any batteries in it? I had to call downstairs and was told that no one could bring them up because they were the only person on duty but when I called, no one answered I had to call the one 800 number in order to get in contact with someone at the front desk overall the room was not in the best conditions for occupancy. I felt like it had not been cleaned, and that there were maintenance issues that could have been addressed more readily for the state of the room. I was not pleased and will not stay at this location again. There was another young lady at the front desk, mid day Saturday and early night who would not greet us when we walked in and was very dry when we would ask for assistance definitely some more customer service training needed for her.
