Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-DFW Airport N-Grapevine

The hotel looks clean and well kept on the outside, grounds, and hallways. No complaints about any of the facilities from a mere appearance purpose. The breakfast was hot and edible as advertised and was more than a continental style. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the sheets smelled...unclean. The AC wasn't working right as we had to crank it down to 63 for a room temp of 72. The other thing to note, this is primarily geared to extended stay guests and we only needed one night. Unless this is what you are looking for you would be better off coughing up $20 more at the 3 other properties around the area. I would say this place is a step above a Motel 6.

We stayed here for a business trip at nearby conference. Good amenities, had to wait quite a long time for shuttles. Nice staff. Clean.

The hotel staff was gracious, the rooms clean, and accommodated my needs for this stay. The food (breakfast) satisfied my hungry appetite each morning with a good variety from which to choose. I was not there for a meal in the afternoon or evening hours.

The staff was SUPER, great location to Grapevine Mall. It was very close to food venue.

Was very welcoming, staff was friendly and accommodating.

Good hotel but not the best rooms clean and cold air conditioning the air conditioner is in a locked closet that you could hear drops of water all night 24/7 so if your a light sleeper this is not for you other than that great location to the airport

I was in Grapevine for a conference at the Gaylord Texan. The staff at Homewood was so accommodating! The hotel shuttle drove me anywhere I needed to go within a 5 mile radius and when I was ready to be picked up, I just had to call. Hot breakfast is included daily and dinner was included Mon-Thurs with a cocktail hour as well. This was an unexpected surprise! The outlet mall is basically right out the front door - just a short walk across the mall parking lot and there is also a running trail not too far away. The hotel decor could use to be updated but overall, I have no complaints!

We were there for only one night, but wish it could have been longer. Great room, clean and comfortable. Beautiful lobby and breakfast area. Great location next to mall and restuarants.

The staff was very friendly. The suite had a sofabed in a seperate room and worked out great for the family. Complimentary breakfast AND dinner was a plus. Most major attractions were w/i a 5 to 10 minute drive. Will definately stay again!

I have stayed at this location in the past while attending a dance convention with my daughter at the Hilton next door and encountered no issues, but this visit was well below average. As I entered the room, the cigarette smoke odor was overpowering. (Please be aware that this room was marked "Nonsmoking" on the door.) When I went to the phone to call the front desk to advise them of this, the phone didn't work! I walked down to the front desk to report both problems. I asked to be moved to a different room, which did not happen; the request was never even acknowledged. They instead sent housekeeping personnel up with some sort of odor neutralizing spray, which masked the odor for a short while, but did not resolve the situation. (My "Room Cleaniness" rating is based on the smokey smell; otherwise the room was clean, but the smell was horrible.) I reported the phone issue three times before someone was sent to repair the jack. Since I had paid for the room in advance, I didn't have the option of checking out without forfeiting my payment. Althought I have had wonderful stays at this hotel in the past, I was most disappointed this visit.

Excellent service from the courtesy car pick up at DFW to the rapid checkin and direction to your room.....Great breakfast with a wide variety of items to choose from. The only down side would be the evening snacks with the lasagne.....not the best...but still a nice touch to offer an evening function at the Homewood.....Definitely would return to this hotel

The hotel was spotless and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast and evening meals were great. I had no complaints.
