One of the house keepers kept knocking on my door and woke me up before checkout time. When I opened the door he didn't even say good morning or smile but he was kind of angry.
The property and staff was excellent. I had no issues. There was shopping within a short distance

Nice quiet location
The hotel was very convenient for us. The location, ease of getting to highways, and amenities was just right.
The pool was very dirty. The floors in the room we sticky. I could never get assistance from the desk when I needed anything.

The king size bed was comfortable and the layout of the room was great. Check in was smooth and quick. Each staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Some negatives: Only one of the four treadmills in the fitness center worked, which was inconvenient. The room was great but has a strange musty odor. The only lights in the room were directly over the bed so it was dark in other parts of the room. All that said, I would definitely stay there again.
