Nice enough for one night and close to the airport

We were traveling with animals. This is one of the few hotels that doesn’t brake the bank if you have pets with you.

Booked this hotel for 2 reasons: offered an airport shuttle early enough in the morning and had an acceptable price for dogs. Their shuttle service starts at 5am for the airport which is what I needed for a 7am flight. Most other hotels shuttle didn’t start till 6am or 7am.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. They didn't overcharge us for our small pet.

Immaculate rooms, great service & a free waffle for breakfast. Also a great shuttle.

I was very impressed by the quality of room and service I got from them. I would recommend it to others!

Clean room with everything I need, friendly staff.

Arrived to this hotel for a girls getaway weekend to Grapefest. The hotel did not look anything like the pictures. This hotel was run-down and not maintained!! The first room we received was stuffy, hot and the bathroom light took 30 minutes to warm up before it finally came on. The pictures showed a microwave and icebox that was missing from this room. We asked for another room. The second and third rooms we were shown, the ac units did not work but on low and the rooms remained uncooled! We packed up and left this hotel without staying one night!! Very disappointing!! We did find another room at the Embassy Suites that was amazing!!

The hotel is old, the carpeting is a gaudy red and makes it look dirty. The A/C unit makes the room smell bad on and off. The elevator needs to be updated.

Courtesy can was quick to pick me up and friendly. Check in was easy and painless. Hotel seems older but clean. I would recommend this hotel

We were checked in as quickly as the clerk could get everyone checked in. There were numerous people checking in at the same time and the desk clerk was handling it well. Water flow in shower was good, temperature of water was good, towels were reasonably soft. Bed was average as far as comfort and everything was clean. We were gone to the airport long before breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I am sure it was loaded with carbs which I can't have, so that is fine. Parking lot is well lit and the area seems secure. No complaints.

Stayed here on a two day biz trip. Great location near DFW airport in booming Grapevine area. Easy walk to nice restaurants. Newish and clean. Good bed. Only real complaint was the wifi didn't have much bandwidth and had too many users for me to do work on internet at times. I would definitely stay here again.

We waited at the airport for two hours waiting for the shuttle service. Rooms were nice and clean. Will not be staying there again.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was sufficient to get the day started. Rooms were very clean would definitely stay there again when traveling for business.

I stayed here with my Cousin from Germany, her daughter from Long Island and me from Sedona. It was a nice stay. Very close to the Airport and the free shuttle was right on time.

This hotel is new, clean and in very close proximity to the airport. It is next to Salt Grass and Joe's Crab Shack (walking). They will allow you to leave your car for $5.00 per night and provide free shuttle to and from the airport. Amenities are slim but rate is low, coffee and safe are provided in room.

Don't run shuttle services after 11:00pm. Check-in clerk very defensive.

Hotel was clean, a little dated, but in good condition and clean. The a.c. was a little loud cutting on and off, but probably no worse than most hotels. I would stay here again. Great pricing for the area. Would have liked more protein choices for breakfast.

Service is friendly here. I found the location useful because it was between the airport and a business meeting I was there for. This airport shuttle service is useful. They pick up/drop off to the airport and also will drop off/pick up anywhere within 3-4 miles (eg: mall, downtown grape vine etc). You just have to call/book with the reception because they make trips to the airport every 30 minutes or so. They make trips to other spots on the half hour of every hour or so. The room a/c worked well though it's very noisy. The room smelled musty/stale (like an old locker, or a room that had been heavily used as a smoking room that was stale from years ago.) The bathroom was clean, the sheets were clean. The bed is not as good quality as other motels or 2/3 star hotels I've stayed at. The bed sunk in the middle. Wi-fi worked. Sometimes it dropped the connection, but generally it was good. Breakfast is quite low quality: but at least they had some choices. Very cheap juice that I had to throw away, waffle machine (this was worse quality waffle syrup than other motels), toast, activa yogurt. The furniture in the room is dated, but that did not bother me. I just wish the bed were firmer, the room was not so smelly. Overall good value because it was so cheap to stay here, and the shuttle was convenient.

Stayed here due to a delayed flight which caused a missed connecting flight. Close to the airport, close to local activities, clean, great staff and no reports on bed bug registry. This your typical average quick stay hotel, don't stay here if you are looking for luxury but great if you are looking for a clean place to stay with the basic items. Worked great for our overnight layover needs.
