I AM A VEGAN. I WENT TO RIVERWALK RESTAURANT HOST SAID NO BREACKFAST FOR VEGANISM. NO SALAD, NO WHEAT BREAD THEY ONLY SERVED SWEET OATMEAL FOR VEGANISM. I DON'T EAT SWEET FOOD.

It is to expensive for what you get, the rooms are not updated. They charged a resort fee and they do not have anything to do, most of the things are closed and for the other things you have to paid.

Great experience love the place awesome very recommended

This was an amazing resort! I wish they had a better coffee shop on sight. It was unfortunate that so many restaurants were closed. Other than that, this was a very enjoyable experience.

The Gaylord was a wonderful experience. The staff did a great time following COVID-19 protocol in every area with restaurants, rooms, etc. Only suggestion is they should have staff at the swimming pool because it was over-crowded with dirty towels on chairs, which made it not great for COVID rules, so a pool attendant to clear away old towels, do social distancing of chairs, and sanitizing would be great. Overall very good experience

What a great hotel with a terrific group of staff! This place is Vegas style huge, like a city within itself. Front desk staff over the top accomodating ftom check in to check out. Wonderful housekeeping staff, wait staff and room service attendants. Only two minor negatives which they should be aware and no doubt quickly remedied: Bell staff not helpful at all with luggage, doors, anything. Plenty available, but only seen hanging around. Chicken noodle soup (room service) was plain terrible. Crunchy veggies, elbow macaroni and tepid, tasteless broth. Not what you want when sick. But those two minor things aside....i will definitely be staying at the Gaylord again when returning to the Grapevine area. Four stars!

This hotel is not worth the price whatsoever. The valet is also $43 per night. If you want to self park, you have to pay $22 per night. The food is mediocre at best and costs way too much. The staff are rude and the valet ppl take 30 min to bring your car. They were running around crazy trying to get everyone’s cars. Very unorganized system. I got charged twice for my one night valet. It was an awful experience and I really do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Room was not cleaned well. Food not great and too expensive

Don’t mind spending on a luxury property but the experience is hampered by their price gauging at every turn. 42 to pro per night. No extended checkout even as Marriott rewards guest. 90 breakfast for two with tip after breakfast buffet, and two coffees. Would t have been much cheaper for continental. They aren’t really that pleasant. The highest service level came from an outstanding operator-guest assist and a phone system that tries to route a call to someone a guest has spoke. With previously. I will say the decorations and the holiday events and appointments are exceptional as is the food quality. Just curious how a large hotel can stay occupied outside of conventions when the pricing tiers are so out of wack. No parking validation with restaurant use for locals etc.

The property, the food and service was absolutely amazing and we will definitely stay there again. The only downside was that we went during a work convention and they completely took over the hotel so it made it a little annoying that we couldn't even make a dinner reservation at any of their restaurants. I will be keeping that in mind for our next visit...
