We had a great stay and enjoyed ICE. My 9yr. old had a great time.

The hotel is beautiful with a lot to do. The parking and traffic are a nightmare, though! The crowds are very high around Christmas and I took us about twenty minutes to get from the main entrance down the driveway to the parking garage.

The hotel was beautiful. I really enjoyed the Christmas decorations.

Nice hotel. Traffic getting into the hotel was terrible. Waited 45 mins in traffic to get dropped off. Due to hotel size and amount of guests, takes a while to get valet. Sink area for bathroom has no door. Front desk was a mess. We had someone open our hotel door while we were staying in it as they had been keyed with same room. Facility has everything onsite where you would not need to leave.

Great place... However if you're planning on eating and staying there for a few days... Bring a lot of money... Youll need it!

We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times as it’s ideally located. We came Labor Day weekend exclusively to enjoy Paradise Springs with our kids and the service was terrible. We chased down several different staff members in different color shirts to order food & drinks & also tried ordering directly from the bar. In each case we were told servers in pink were the only ones able to take orders. We got the run around all day long each day we were there & never got our orders. We were charged in full although we couldn’t even contest the bill as the server in pink was nowhere to be found. We don’t mind paying for food & drinks but expect good service & complete orders! Extremely disappointed as we were there exclusively to enjoy hanging out at the pool for a fun & relaxing weekend.

The founds, the lobby, the pool, the water park were excellent. The pool was a bit crowded. The sports bar had a great menu and a great vibe. Prices run high for drinks. Food portions are generously sized. Front desk staff and concierge were very accommodating. The valet staff should put their phones away and be more attentive. This is my second stay there and I would definitely stay there again.

Very busy over weekend due to families going to water park. Be prepared for long lines.

It was amazing. The place was great and accommodating, and the food was incredible. I ate at the Italian restarant twice - most delicious Italian food I’ve had in a while!

We can’t wait to come back. We have already looked up your other locations and plan to visit them all. All of the staff valet, housekeeping, restaurant staff checkin and out staff where all amazing. I was very very impressed and will return. We only had one problem and that was the Mexican restaurant. The buffet was terrible and overpriced. Then to service yourself and still pay 20% is a bit much. The hostess were emotionless. The food was warm at best and when my boys don’t eat we have a problem! Other than the one bad meal all the other restaurant were amazing 5 stars for everything about the Italian restaurant. Only request would be a breakfast restaurant you can order at not a buffet. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

The staff was friendly. Our 4 children loved the atrium & the waterpark. It was very convenient to grab snacks & have a meal. We had a great stay & will definitely be back.

Not at all happy with the stay. They told me that I reserved Deluxe Suite and asked to wait even after check-in time. After waiting for an hour they said that if I want the room they will only give me standard room. Very disappointed with the stay, resort looks good but room looks like 2-star hotel.

Great resort with lots of activities and restaurants on the grounds! Water park was wonderful!!

Way over pricesed for the service you recivece, anything you pay for in the hotel restaurants, parking, and convenient stores is really over priced, it’s 30% cheaper to just order room service than to go to the restaurants, and rude staff

The hotel staff is extremely friendly, love the location and pool. Service at Paradise Springs was very lacking, food/drink service took a very long time and several times order was never delivered. Room set up and cleanliness was great but beds were extremely uncomfortable; bad enough that we considered checking out early after 2 nights of no sleep.

Staff, rooms, grounds all very very nice......mostly a kid oriented hotel

I had an excellent time at Gaylord Texan. I took my daughter and she loved the waterpark! Everything was greay! We look forward to coming back soon.

Great hotel and accommodations. The holiday decorations and Christmas theme were over the top!! So much detail into making a resort feel like your own home!! Definitely would go here again for a holiday get away.

Wonderful!!! Great staff and the decorations were amazing! Cool layout on the upgraded room. My husband was happy having 2 tvs 🏈
