I didn't like the customer firewall that was the phone. It was impossible to get a human. Many times I was obliged to go down to the front desk....just a horrible system.

Awesome stay.

The hotel and the grounds was nice. The winter wonderland activities was overpriced for the size/space.

This resort seems to cater more towards the locals than paying hotel guests. It was disappointing

Need more restaurants with conventions going on. Wait times were close to an hour! Also, need more vegetarian options at the marketplace - wraps, salads, etc.

Everything in one place and a short drive to other nearby attractions. Was really fun with kids but also plenty for the adults to enjoy as well.

The complex was gorgeous. Rooms were nice and clean. What I didn’t like is allowing the public in and the guests who are staying at the hotel don’t get to experience what we wanted to enjoy at Christmas. It was a mad house with all the people. Couldn’t even stop to take pictures. Very disappointed. Also charging for every single activity!!.. my husband and I are in our 50’s and all I wanted to see was the walk through the lights. I shouldn’t have to buy a special package to do that. I didn’t purchase tickets and didn’t see them. You should at least offer 1 free activity for guests staying at the resort. This is not a Vegas resort and should not just be open to anyone who is not staying there, so that your guests can enjoy, especially with COVID. Check in was bad too. Receptionist gave us wrong directions to our room. We finally figured it out on our own. We are definitely not coming back.

The Gaylord is one of my favorite places ever!

Overcrowded, overpriced, hidden & extra charges for EVERYTHING!

As with all the Gaylord properties, it's just an amazing place to stay as you have a magical indoor commons area that offers you fun, relaxation and great food options.

We paid $22 to park ourselves and hike uphill and down a long sidewalk to the hotel each day. They REALLY PUSH VALET which is $44 per day. We were greeted at check-in by a line all the way to the door, which we had to wait in for over an hour, even though we opted for mobile check-in because they "needed to check my id." Everything costs a fortune. The water park is nice, but the food/drinks there are outrageous. And forget a cabana because they are $300. The escape rooms stayed booked up, and everything else sold out quickly so it was nearly impossible to do anything on-site. We wont be back for a long time. We requested a rollaway bed and foam pillows. Never received the pillows and had to call twice to get the bed. First call was at 5:40 pm. Tired kids and frustrated parents finally received rollaway after 11 pm.

Very nice 4.5 acre indoor gardens

Great place!

Good - beautiful grounds and atrium, amenities such as water park. Not so good - choices to eat on-site, not enough coffee spots (long waits)
