booked king size bed room, got double. Asked to change and got double again. Food at the bar never came and glass was cracked, Closed the pool grill for the labor day weekend wasn't smart. Have stay here before 5 times, this time was very disappointed.

We loved that there are two swimming pools. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Nice and close to the airport. We would stay at this hotel again.

Expectations were meet. Clean room, great service and staff was excellent.

Loved it - from the people to the accommodations - well worth the visit

the bath tub was getting clog, the food at the restaurant was bad for the price. front desk and room service was very good.

Our stay was VERY nice. The workout room and pool was amazing. Food at Bonnie and Clydes inside the hotel was GREAT.

The hotel was very pretty w/ great views. Nice and clean!

Everything from the welcome desk to the sheets was terrific! Couldn't have asked for any better! We asked for wine glasses and an opener and within 30 min from check in they were both there.

I have stayed at this property for years; although slightly dated the service, location, quality of food, and the really exceptional grounds keep me coming back. Does not get better that this in this price catagory ..

Checkin was fast. Got double queens for family with small children. It was clean and and comfortable, but the view out the window was nothing spectacular. i requested a room higher up so i can see the dallas lights at night or something, and we did get a room up on the 7th/ out of 9 floors, but the window was small and the view was nothing spectacular. overall, for a night's stay, it was okay.

This hotel worked out very well for us. With an outdoor and indoor pool, very nice exercise facility, and a great location, it me all our needs. I would highly recommend Hilton Lakes.

No free internet access, which makes Hilton a non-starter for me. The bathroom was dark tile (visually difficult) and there was no shower curtain (by design) which left me (neatnik) uncomfortable , and cleaning up their floor after my shower. Went to the lobby early (5:00AM) and found no coffee available. Coffee concession only, which opened at 6:00AM, no complimentary coffee at all, which even a cheap hotel usually provides.

Spacious room friendly - helpful staff, I usually don't sleep well in a bed other than my own. I slept so soundly my wife commented that I didn't toss-n-turn at all.

Good location, great place!!

Very nice and friendly. Gym was not very crowded. But the hotel was very busy from 4 pm to 10 with conventions. Made tranversing the hallways very difficult. Breakfast was very expensive. I would go back though. Grounds and lobby were immaculate.

Overall, it was a nice place. The rooms were clean and cleaned quickly. The breakfast buffett was very average and expensive. [...]at the concierge desk in WONDERFUL! He comes on at 3p and will completely take care of you. If anything goes wrong he always fixes, also take his dinner suggestions. You won't be disappointed. I will say, I was told everything is walking distance, like downtown. The only thing within walking distance is the grapevine and bass mall. The mall is great if you like some light shopping. You have to take cabs everywhere you are looking at round trip from the hotel to downtown $20. Also, take the business card of the cab so, you can get back. The shuttle is available but doesn't go to hotel til 3p.

I didn't get to really check out the hotel because I was not there much. I was at a family reunion that was held in Highland Village, TX.

My new bride and I had a blast. The rooms are small but you are made very aware of their size before you book. The hotel is wonderful, the staff is spectacular, and the room was very modern and upkept. We will be back over and over again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Did I say how friendly the staff was?!!!

enjoyed the trip
