SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport N/Grapevine

i read the on line ammenitites and it isn't what it leads you to believe. The rooms STINK - like cigarrettes and body odor. There is no breakfast - its coffee and cereal. No bar (although is says HAPPY HOUR). I didn't even stay, I paid a LOT of money and went to another hotel but no way I was going to stay here. Sorry....

Nice hotel with frendly and effective shuttle service. Good breakfast.

Everyone and everything was amazing! We will be staying again. Best breakfast ever!!!!

The room was immaculate and this location was close to the mall and other great eating places. I would definitely stay here again and the other locations.

Was in great location for shopping and getting to many attractions.

I stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/Grapevine for three nights. The hotel is only a few miles from the airport and runs a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport and surrounding areas, so I didn't need a car rental. The hotel is also a couple of miles from the Gaylord Texan resort. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the free breakfast is nice, and there is a weekday happy hour as well. My only complaint would be that the walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbors through the walls. If you happen to get someone noisy in the room next you, good luck.

We weren't expecting much; a place to sleep while visiting the aquarium and Legoland. The room was much cleaner than expected. It was right across the street from Grapevine Mills so we were super close to the attractions, and it was down the street from Great Wolf Lodge where we'd been for a few days prior. So all in all it worked out well making the transition. Now, the staff wasn't spectacular. Most seemed bored with their work. And the pool was tiny (but still fun when nobody else was there). Oh, and they'll nickle and dime you on the "premium internet". Instead of just giving everyone a decent connection, they throttle all the guests unless you pay them to unlock faster speeds. So yeah, you get "free internet" but you can't really stream anything. We had better luck watching my tiny iPhone 5s screen because Netflix over 4G LTE was that much better than their "free internet". But, it's a cheap hotel. So, for it to be clean, and have a decent (and hot) breakfast selection, and to be so close to our vacation destinations - that's worth 3.5 stars from me. I can't list them at 3.5 stars so I gave them the bump to 4.

The stay was wonderful and so was the hotel, close to mall husband hung out in room to watch TV and I shopped, close to restaurants. Clerk at desk was very polite and professional.

Breakfast was hardly etable . Coffee was not available. They had NO extra coffee for guests. Would not recomend to anyone . Iwont stay there again. NOT WORTH THE MONEY !!!!!

My daughter and I stayed two days and picked this hotel because it was accross the street from Grapevine Mills Mall. I also wanted an indoor pool. The first night we went to the pool and it was ice cold and the hot tub didn't work. We were told it would be fixed right away. It was not fixed until we late the next day. The tv had very bad reception and the water pressure was very low. For the price it could have been better.

Easy access to DFW, excellent shuttle service, clean room, nice breakfast, outstanding staff.

I had friends drive me to the hotel, and the hotel has free rides to and from the airport. So, i didn't need a rental car on this trip, but the wonderful Grapevine Mall is just a short walk from the hotel, and i did some shopping when i had the chance. My room was very comfortable, very clean and the kitchenette was perfect. They also had social hour in the evening w/ food and drinks, a great nutritious breakfast, friendly and helpful people, and i'll stay here every time in Dallas. Top Quality!

this was a really great experience the only thing I didnt love was the spa has too much chlorine and made my legs break out in a rash! The rooms were clean the bed was one of the most comfortable that we have ever slept in It was AWESOME ! the service was wonderful and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and we loved being able to walk to the mall. We had a great experiance .

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! I would recommend it to a friend. The breakfast was great! They served various breakfast items. I would go back to stay there anytime.

Walking distance to mall. Good location. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Check-in process was efficient. Room itself was quiet and furnishings appeared new. We did not make use of the pool or exercise facility. Breakfast was very crowded - had to take our food to our room as there was nowhere to sit. Location is great - easy walk to Grapevine Mills. Overall exellent experience. I would stay there again.
