It took the shuttle driver one hour to pick us up for a 5 minute drive to the hotel, while we waited outside DFW in 90 degree heat. The she lied and told us she had circled around three times looking for us.
Room AC was not functional, half of the outlets did not work, and when asked to be moved to a new room, staff said they were overbooked and maintenance man was not onsite to repair. Nothing that could be done. So frustrating.
It seemed to be within 10-15 minutes of most things we need to do/see.
Property was nice. I had booked two rooms. One was perfect. The other room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was still trash in the trash can and no bottom sheet on one of the beds. We let the front desk know and a sheet was placed but trash was never taken out. Very disappointing and gross. So I am assuming the room wasn’t cleaned before we arrived.

Location , was perfect close by to an huge outlet and plenty of restaurants to choice from . I liked how it was indoor poor but the downside , wasn’t impressed with the pool , it wasn’t heated and it was very outdated and frankly dirty . Now the morning breakfast was very standard items , whoever worked the area in the morning didn’t keep up with the rush of people , counter was dirty , food not refilled and trash was overflowing . Overall it was decent for the time
Location was great. Check is was delayed 3 hours. Pool was not maintained. Kids were very disappointed.

Shuttle to airport isnt 24hrs. Was usless to me .the reason we booked the room was acess to airport. Uber charged me 55$.
If a hotel is going to have an indoor pool there is an expectation that it is comfortable to swim in. Very cold water and my son was not able to stay in it for more than five minutes whitout getting out to warm up. The hotel should either close to pool or heat it up.
This hotel is a economical option. Our breakfast, COVID prepackaged muffin style, was not good. In fact, we had to inform the staff that the packaged blueberry waffles were moldy (our son almost took a huge bite before we noticed the fuzz growing on it). Our room stayed cold even in the Texas heat so that was nice. Bathroom was in need of refresh: baseboards missing, paint in bad shape. The nightstand was falling off of the wall between the beds. I would recommend going to one of the hotels in the area before this particular Hampton Inn.

Thomss, it's unfortunate that you had a less than expected experience with our shuttle. We definitely try our best to provide realistic expectations on when the shuttle will be dispatched as it's on demand and it services 2 hotels and 5 miles radius destinations. However, we will be sure to share this information with our team

Thanks Chris for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for your experience. That is not customary of our operations. If we were fully committed we are not able to move rooms, however we are able to have someone trouble shoot the issue. We will address this with our team as well.
