Property was nice. I had booked two rooms. One was perfect. The other room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was still trash in the trash can and no bottom sheet on one of the beds. We let the front desk know and a sheet was placed but trash was never taken out. Very disappointing and gross. So I am assuming the room wasn’t cleaned before we arrived.

Location , was perfect close by to an huge outlet and plenty of restaurants to choice from . I liked how it was indoor poor but the downside , wasn’t impressed with the pool , it wasn’t heated and it was very outdated and frankly dirty . Now the morning breakfast was very standard items , whoever worked the area in the morning didn’t keep up with the rush of people , counter was dirty , food not refilled and trash was overflowing . Overall it was decent for the time

Shuttle to airport isnt 24hrs. Was usless to me .the reason we booked the room was acess to airport. Uber charged me 55$.
If a hotel is going to have an indoor pool there is an expectation that it is comfortable to swim in. Very cold water and my son was not able to stay in it for more than five minutes whitout getting out to warm up. The hotel should either close to pool or heat it up.
This hotel is a economical option. Our breakfast, COVID prepackaged muffin style, was not good. In fact, we had to inform the staff that the packaged blueberry waffles were moldy (our son almost took a huge bite before we noticed the fuzz growing on it). Our room stayed cold even in the Texas heat so that was nice. Bathroom was in need of refresh: baseboards missing, paint in bad shape. The nightstand was falling off of the wall between the beds. I would recommend going to one of the hotels in the area before this particular Hampton Inn.

Booked this hotel last minute after an unexpected layover through Dallas. After booking the hotel, I called to find out about the hotel shuttle and was met with a very unclear response about if it was available or if it was even running during COVID. I understand that amenities being available can change from one day to the next while re-openings are in process so the need for clarity from staff on the current status is needed and I was met with a foggy unsure answer. The property itself was wonderful, clean and quiet and all staff I encountered in person were clear, kind and direct.
