Shuttle to airport isnt 24hrs. Was usless to me .the reason we booked the room was acess to airport. Uber charged me 55$.

If a hotel is going to have an indoor pool there is an expectation that it is comfortable to swim in. Very cold water and my son was not able to stay in it for more than five minutes whitout getting out to warm up. The hotel should either close to pool or heat it up.

This hotel is a economical option. Our breakfast, COVID prepackaged muffin style, was not good. In fact, we had to inform the staff that the packaged blueberry waffles were moldy (our son almost took a huge bite before we noticed the fuzz growing on it). Our room stayed cold even in the Texas heat so that was nice. Bathroom was in need of refresh: baseboards missing, paint in bad shape. The nightstand was falling off of the wall between the beds. I would recommend going to one of the hotels in the area before this particular Hampton Inn.

Booked this hotel last minute after an unexpected layover through Dallas. After booking the hotel, I called to find out about the hotel shuttle and was met with a very unclear response about if it was available or if it was even running during COVID. I understand that amenities being available can change from one day to the next while re-openings are in process so the need for clarity from staff on the current status is needed and I was met with a foggy unsure answer. The property itself was wonderful, clean and quiet and all staff I encountered in person were clear, kind and direct.

Friendly and professional staff, rooms were clean, very clean.

Stay prior to conference at Gaylord properties. Excellent staff. Room was clean. Did not get breakfast as i had to leave early.

Hampton Inns are always good quality with friendly staff. Only downside to this location is the airport traffic noise and the the wind blows very loudly

GREAT LOCATION NEAR AIRPORT AND GRAPEVINE. CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF, AND HOT BREAKFAST. THE POOL WAS VERY NICE AS WELL.

We were visiting Legoland and Sealife Aquarium and this hotel was close enough to Grapevine Mills and far enough away from the traffic in the area.

Would not stay here again! Dirty shower. Had hair in in like someone shaved their beard and didn't rinse it out. Not worth $200 for a weeknight. Not impressed. Coffee maker in my "suite" didn't work. They did have a nice breakfast but couldn't enjoy that because of the gnats. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

The hotel location close to the mall and airport. It's clean environment. The staff is very nice. I like their breakfast.
