The head board was not cleaned. I had to wipe it down with my gloves on and Lysol wipes. The bed was also not as comfy. I didn’t sleep well the 2 nights I stayed. The location was great. Staff was nice and check-in was nice.

The hotel is expensive, elegant and beautifully decorated. It’s set right next to the Stonebriar Shopping Centre, with access to the centre within the hotel. Check-in was quick and pleasant. When we entered the room, a scenic view peeked through the sheer lining of the drapes. The room was nicely designed, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, however the comforter was worn thin. You can see through the fabric and the stuffing is thinned out, causing some of the chilled air to get through—my husband and I had to snuggle up more. lol. Other than that, our overall experience combined both comfort and style, creating a relaxing and stylish atmosphere with functional, well-lit spaces. I want to add how safe it is as well. I believe from the 4th floor on up, you need guest key access, so not just anyone can be in the hotel or on the floors. Safety is of most importance to me. Kind of wished we didn’t have to get back to our grands.

The hotel itself and the staff were wonderful. However the beds are very uncomfortable and it seems the water pressure is very poor so showers were not great.
