We were attending a conference at the Comerica Center which was a two minute walk away! From the welcoming check-in with Renee to the wonderful staff providing the breakfast and “evening hang out” food service, the staff was excellent. Special shout out to Ashley Marie Smith who worked the bar for all those conference ladies—excellent service!! The roof sitting area, fitness room, lobby area—just beautiful. And so much shopping and dining in the area (although truthfully we ate at hotel all but two lunches—which we ate at the local Blaze pizza, shout out to that great place and manager!) a wonderful stay all the way around. Thanks Drury Inn!
This is a great hotel to stay at and I highly recommend it. It is very clean and everyone there is super nice and carrying. The lady at the receptions was polite and welcoming, the staff at the kitchen was busy yet still made time to talk to people and make everyone feel like at home, we didn't needed the room cleaned as we only stayed 2 nights, but they stopped by to ask and left some coffee refills for us. They serve included buffet breakfast and supper, both have a variety of foods and were great. The pool was a little smaller then I expected, for kids is great, but not enough room for adults, but was really not a big issue for us, just to help others know what to expect. There is no extra charge for parking, we had no issue parking in the garage under the hotel. Everything was exceptional and I would stay here again when we go back to Dallas.
Having the kickback in the evenings was more than snacks. It was a meal and was nice to have! Everyone was friendly!

Very clean and a great staff
This was my first stay at a Drury Inn. I was thankful for the breakfast and dinner option as well as the 3 drinks. The staff was great Caroline took great care of us. She checked up on us while we were dining the following day and referred to items during our conversation at check in. It is nice to know that they actually listen.
Great place to stay
Very clean and friendly staff.
Convenient for my business stay.
I absolutely love this hotel. This is our go tmm I’m hotel every time we visit Frisco.
The staff was so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great and the appetizers in later afternoon were like a meal. Highly recommend!
Was put in a accessible room where water flooded the bathroom floor from the shower which was very unsafe! When brought to the attention of the staff and manager they stated no other rooms were avlbl so they were not very accommodating which they they claim customer service is very important but actions spoke otherwise
This is easy to access and close to everything we need.
What a great experience. This was our first time staying at a Drury Inn. Drury will now be our go to hotel when we travel.
Good rate, good room, very nice stay
Outstanding hotel! The best service I have received domestically or internationally. I recommend this hotel without any exceptions. You cannot go wrong. The best choice for your money.
