Very nice staff, great building and great location in Frisco.

we enjoyed our stay the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. I liked the complimentary waters and Gatorade, we were in town for the football championship. I would stay here again for sure.

Through Orbitz, I reserved and paid for a room with a king bed. The clerk was not sympathetic. He said he only had double bed rooms left, to take it or leave it. He said the room I was getting was cheaper than what I had reserved, which was no help, since I had already paid the higher price through Orbitz. I had no choice but to take the room, since I drove 500 miles for my sister's funeral services, and had no time to look for another hotel.

I reserved ahead via a third party online service. Check-in was smooth and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Bulb was out in bathroom, so it was dimly lit, but the shower, toilet, sink, water pressure were all working fine. Bed was comfy, lots of electric outlets, lots of stations on tv, and easy access to free hotel internet.Overall great stay at good prices.

Stayed here overnight for business. Great location. Would recommend.

Just ok, not bad, 5th floor stay..ok...didn't like the smell in hallways musty smell. Breakfast ok.

Service at the desk was courteous and helpful. Had no problems.

Perfect location and great and relaxing nights stay.

My wife and I had an early morning dr apt so in order to avoid a 3 hour morning drive potentially getting stuck in Dallas traffic, we decided to stay here. This was a great decision. The staff was awesome, the rooms were clean. We will stay here again.

We often stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels because they usually are clean, updated hotels with a great breakfast. This particular hotel was NOT clean - trash on the floors in the lobby and hallways, trash in the elevator, dirty smears on our bathroom door, and bedsheets that appeared to not have been changed when we arrived. Gross. We will not stay there again.

This is your basic ordinary room, with a decent upgrade. The room isn't overly fancy, bit it'll suffice. For the location right in the heart of Frisco...The value is great. Would stay again.

The beds were comfortable, even if they were very high to climb in. The elevator made some alarming noises but was still reliable. The lobby and dining areas were very nice. Great places to sit and visit with friends in the dining space. I was not thrilled with the selection of breakfast foods because healthy choices were not provided unless one ate animal products. Two mornings there were only bananas for fruit and one day there was no fruit at all. There was no oatmeal at any time and all the other breakfast choices were simple carbs- lacking any fiber or nutrition. I was told they had just run out, but I was there 3 mornings and no one was able to provide any whole grain options of any sort. Perhaps employees or managers could have the ability to get emergency supplies at a local grocery store so whole wheat bread and fruit could at least be available.

If you need a room in the North Dallas area, you can't go wrong with HI Express in Frisco. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and it is right on/off the DNT and SRT. Price is great too.

The place was clean. But needs that special something.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They were such great people to talk with and they took great care of us on our stay. Loved it.

I loved my stay becausee the staff was great. I got in to town early and they were courteous enough to go ahead and let me check in. We were near great dining places. I would definetly stay there again and again.

I really love this place, It was very close to the office and the area is very quiet.

I was quite surprise, the hotel was really, really nice. I was told they'd upgraded their rooms. My room was nice & clean. My bed was very comfortable & that is one of the most important factors of my stay at any hotel is the comfort of the bed. I have no complaints, I would stay there again if ever back in town and I would recommend it to my friends & family.

This was a very good hotel for our business trip. Rooms were very nice. The only drawback was trying to figure out how to get hot water in the shower and the shower head came on as soon as you turned on the water.

Usually free breakfast is a staple in hotels now or at least a free continental breakfast, especially at this price. This one does not have one. They did have a restaurant though. The rooms were spotless, so I felt very comfortable with a tiny baby. My laptop functioned well too. They had an exercise room and a business area. The air conditioner cooled rapidly and at a comfortable temperature and was quiet.
