This hotel used to be my favorite place; l stayed here most of the time when I came to Dallas. But not this time, it's the worst experience l've ever had. The front desk service was terrible. We booked and paid for a 2 Queen-bed room five hours before we got there. When we arrived at the hotel around midnight, the front desk (Noah) checked me in without making sure anything, and when I got into the room, I found out it was a 1 king bed room for disability instead of the 2 queen beds I paid for. I went back to the front desk and talked to him. He told me that, unfortunately, they were out of 2 queen bed rooms right now, and since we already checked in, he couldn't make any changes or do anything for us. We were a party of 4, including a 5-year-old, and we couldn't sleep in one king bed, especially at midnight. It was so disappointing and frustrating. It was their mistake, and they should take responsibility and do something to help us so we could all rest. But he only told me that, unfortunately, he couldn't do anything, and we had to either take the room he gave us or leave. I had to contact Expedia to get my money back, and we had to go somewhere else to find another place to sleep after a long drive, at 1 am, with a 5-year-old kid. It was just a nightmare!

Check in was lack luster, the young man could care less. The room was spotless the best housekeep team! The room looked brand new the sheets were perfection. Breakfast not good! The lady serving has excellent customer service and she makes great coffee. The night auditor was very friendly and informative. Room 202, do not get that room the drag racing around 3 AM will keep you up all night. The lobby furniture needs replaced. The stay was two nights but the hotel is very clean. Housekeeping needs a raise because the room was a WOW in cleanness. I would recommend staying here just no food walking distance.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were informed the hotel was occupied to capacity which makes no sense because we booked prior to arrival after waiting over an hour we finally received a room but however it wasn’t the room we initially booked. We are a family of 5 so definitely need two beds and at least 4 sets of towels called down for the extra towels and was told they were out due to being to capacity extremely ridiculous considering the price of the hotel and location you should always have back stock of supplies.
