This hotel used to be my favorite place; l stayed here most of the time when I came to Dallas. But not this time, it's the worst experience l've ever had. The front desk service was terrible. We booked and paid for a
2 Queen-bed room five hours before we got there. When we arrived at the hotel around midnight, the front desk (Noah) checked me in without making sure anything, and when I got into the room, I found out it was a 1 king bed room for disability instead of the 2 queen beds I paid for. I went back to the front desk and talked to him. He told me that, unfortunately, they were out of 2 queen bed rooms right now, and since we already checked in, he couldn't make any changes or do anything for us. We were a party of 4, including a 5-year-old, and we couldn't sleep in one king bed, especially at midnight. It was so disappointing and frustrating. It was their mistake, and they should take responsibility and do something to help us so we could all rest. But he only told me that, unfortunately, he couldn't do anything, and we had to either take the room he gave us or leave. I had to contact Expedia to get my money back, and we had to go somewhere else to find another place to sleep after a long drive, at 1 am, with a 5-year-old kid. It was just a nightmare!
