The smell of the popcorn from the dining area permeated throughout the upper level rooms....it was super unpleasant. Also, the management/front desk weren't welcoming at all. The room itself had an odor of mustiness. Okay room for the price.

The check-in was extremely unsafe, especially as a woman traveling alone. The screen at the front desk openly displayed my name, address and room number that guests standing behind me could see. The room had a rancid smell of urine, I could hear the toilet next door flushing very loudly. The water only got luke warm.

The only bad thing about this hotel is that the pool was freezing no bedbugs but I hate the fact we can’t bring pets room was clean

I'd stay here again just for the Shower! Comfortable beds (between Too soft and firm --I prefer more firm though). Good sized TV, and nice to have hairdryer & ironing board/Iron. Quiet room. Also elevator doors close like a whisper as do stairway doors. Breakfast was good with protein options (eggs, sausage) and Waffle makers, but with cereals only had fruit loops and cornflakes (missing Honeynut Cherrios & Raisan Bran). Indoor & Outdoor Pool areas were clean. Exercise room clean AND had Dumbbells for free-wt training!! (though the 15 lb and 25 lb dumbbell pairs were apparently stolen..). Room had a weird odor upon entering, but A/C and nasal habituation eliminated it in less than a minute. Convenient access to Highways (Free & Toll) as well as restaurants, medical clinic, hospital and huge churches. Very safe location, nice part of town.

Overall room was nice. Air conditioner was slightly loud which kept waking me up. Breakfast wasn’t bad and at least there was sausage! Great Texas waffles! Will definitely stay here again and request a quieter AC.

The staff here are friendly helpful and professional the rooms are comfortable the beds will make you sleep in if your not careful. And the breakfast is perfect, it always gets my day started with everything under the sun to choose from. Never a disappointment always a value.
