Nice place; not nice odor

This hotel is conveniently located to the Star. It’s a one-mile easy, flat walk. The room, a corner suite, was spacious and comfortable. The room was nice. Robes would have been a nice touch. The entire top floor however smelled like sewage. I’m not sure what issue the hotel was having.

Was told by front desk across from the restaurant that dinner is served till 10 PM. I walk over to the restaurant and get told the restaurant closes early and stopped serving food and refused to serve me. Can you get any more asinine? Forget this place.

2nd time staying here. Once for business once just an overnight get away. Great area, Clean and safe. Staff was very friendly and polite. Room was comfortable and quiet. Bar is nice.

The first night was rough for us because the guests next door were making out through the night creaming and shouting. And this is because the way the rooms are made … there is no sound proof at all. In the morning we complained at the front desk to be relocated to a corner room upstairs. This hotel is nice and clean but the walls should be sound proof. But, we were happy with room 500.. very quiet and peaceful. Staff were amazing, house keeping was perfect. I would recommend there take serious consideration in this matter. The rooms on 2nd floor are meant to be connecting room and should be assigned to one family not two different guests. Over all, we had a good stay.

It’s really well appointed. Lovely bar, reception, Lounge area and the bedrooms are a much higher quality than I expected. The only downer was the bar had run out of wine by Sunday and the shower is a cheap plastic insert - it was stark in contrast to the rest of the fittings.

I enjoy that the hotel was right next to the river and Kathy Seei park. It made it easy to fit in outdoor time on a business trip. It was also close to local shopping and dining.

Great location and easy access to shopping and dining. My stay was short but my room was very spacious. It was unusually cold, temps in the 20’s and I could not get the heat to turn on in my room. The hotel offered a free shuttle to Toyota Stadium for the FCS Championship game which was really nice.

Customer-friendly and accommodating staff. You have to request a microwave in the room that does not automatically come with the room. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The food was amazing! I had stuffed chicken with mashed potatoes and mushrooms in a chimichuri sauce. The bar is comfy and the staff is super nice. Clean room, AC worked like a champ. Will return!
