Beautiful hotel & amazing staff!
Room was big, but very dirty. There was glitter on the couch and floors. In the bathroom there were random hairs on the floors, next to the shower, inside the tissue box and on the towels. Thankfully we only needed 1 night here.
The property was awesome but the staff were un knowledgeable about anything nobody knew where to get towels or coffee toilet paper where anything was I won't be staying there, very un professional staff
Dining options at night were spotty. Out of several food items on menu. Person at front desk was the one who took our ordr as well as running the front desk. Morning wait staff knew their job and were very pleasant and courteous. Strang furniture. Hard to get comfortable for someone with short legs.
Some staff members were rude, dramatic, hotel didn’t have clean wash clothes/towels. States their house keeping wasnt there during our stay.
The property was in great location! I will say however I would NOT stay here again!! ! There are several choices in the same area I would chose next time! I was charged extra non refundable fee of 75.00 for my dog. Which was not told before arrival. On top of that me charges came through my bank ON 2 days after check out. Then the hotel charged me again!!!!! On the following Friday a random fee! The place is okay, overall had friends staying in the same area at other hotels with a better more Pleasant stay and cheaper price!!! They didn’t pay a huge non refundable pet fee as well!
This hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was friendly and always smiling when greeting. The room was spacious with an amazing view of the pool below and surrounding areas. Breakfast was included with our stay and chef Gregory prepared us a very well portioned meal that left me full and satisfied and I will be coming back!
Had fun at the bar before turning in for the night. Hotel and room was clean, staff was nice and helpful.
Gorgeous funky hotel. The piped in music however, lil too funky. Foul rap music during breakfast was too much! And I am a rap music fan. Also, no micro or fridge in room made it very inconvenient. Also the “menu” of 3 breakfast choices but u can only choose btw two items? Not good and breakfast eggs n potatoes Very greasy & VERY peppery 👎
Came here for a little birthday getaway and loved it! When I first checked into my room I saw I didn’t have a particular amenity that came with it so I asked the front desk and he checked and they went out of their way to get it for me and I had it in my room within 10 minutes! The lady at the breakfast bar also went out of her way to help me. Very clean and comfortable. Also the rooms don’t have the AC units (which bother me) but real thermostats and air vents. Definitely a plus for me. A lot of bang for the buck on this one!

This leads to some of our staff not knowing the answers to some of the questions you, or any other guest, may ask.
