Welcome to our newest luxury home in Frisco, Texas! This family-friendly and stylish retreat is centrally located, just 10 minutes from The Star and Toyota Soccer Stadium, and 15 minutes from the PGA Headquarters. Book with confidence and enjoy our high standards in this stunning, newly remodeled home!

This house is very comfortable and perfect for multiple families or groups.
*2 living areas with large plush couches
*2 bedrooms downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs
*3 Queens and 1 King bed with plenty of pillows and high-end linens
*3 full size bathrooms
*Fully stocked kitchen. Everything you will need
*Pool table and media room
*6 place dining room table and 5 seat breakfast table
*Remote control ceiling fans in every room
***This property is NOT a good fit for those looking to celebrate events. No parties allowed. This is an upscale home in a very quiet neighborhood.
You will have access to the entire house, 2 car garage and the backyard with a pool and hot tub.
Heating the pool will require extra fees. However, you can control the hot tub and use it as much as you would like for no extra fees.
For the safety of all, the exterior of the home has 2 security cameras and there is a noise monitor inside the home. There are no cameras inside or with views of the inside or the home or the backyard.
NO PETS
Pets are not allowed: There are no pets allowed on the Property. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, you will be charged $100 per day as well as any additional cleaning charges. Service animals will be allowed as required by law, subject to our policies.
POOL HEATING
Pool heat is available seasonally for $50 per day and only when outdoor temperatures allow. The heater performs best when daytime highs are above 70°F. When highs fall below 60°F, the pool cannot maintain temperature, and we do not offer pool heating during those times. That’s when it’s hot tub season! You can enjoy and control the hot tub at no additional cost.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in its immediate surroundings.

Maximum of 14 people and absolutely no parties or events are allowed.
