Well for one didnt get the room I booked two queen beds got a king bed an a sofa that was too small for a grown man to sleep on, 2. The first room given had used drug needles an foil an spoons in a pouch under the matress which tell me the room wasnt cleaned, 3.breakfast staff lady was rude to everyone. After I got a new room hotel was just fine but first impressions made me never want to stay at a Hilton ever again.
