Anniversary get away

My wife and I were getting away for the weekend as part of our anniversary. We were able to check in quickly and easily, asked about any needs we might have and even though we didn't really, because I mentioned our plans, they upgraded our room and comped a breakfast. The room was beautiful, we were really very comfortable, and had a great stay. Hated to leave. Will definately go back.

I can’t believe that was my first time hearing about and staying at this place. The location makes everything so convincingly convenient, diners and shopping centers only a few minutes away. Room was so clean and organized. Not too much noise from where our room was. We loved every second of our stay! We’ll probably book again when there’s another occasion.

Not the best stay

Our room as not the best smelling room upon entry. Moldy is the best way to describe. The safe in our room was non operable. The curtains were off the rails and the bathroom door was locked upon checkin. The strangest things. They were able to fix the door and curtains almost immediately but I can't help to question why is it that the housekeeper don't report these things. Or do they and no action is taken until we checkin and now it's our problem. Whatever the case, would not stay here again. Also, their lobby coffee machines. It may look like you can make a latte but you would be fooled. On a positive note, the staff was great, we were able to check in early (and good thing I guess).
