Not even a little impressed

Staff was incredibly arrogant. Was very hot in town that week. When I arrived in my room, the air conditioner was putting out nothing but humidity. Very uncomfortable. I asked for another room and was informed there was no availability for a change. Shocking considering the parking lot was half full. Upon re entry to my room, I noticed the was no television remote. I called the front desk and got no answer. The following morning as I left for work, I stopped at the front desk and requested a remote for my television. Never got one. Spent an entire week in a hot room with zero television.

Decent Stay

The hotel is nice. Very clean. The toilet wouldn’t flush in the first room we got so they moved us to a new room and upgraded to a suite. The refrigerator didn’t work in the second room. Other than those issues the rooms were nice. The bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they have limited menus and are pricey.

Horrendous chick in process. It took 30 minutes, while I was the only person in the lobby. Front desk seemed uninterested in helping, and their negligence nearly made me go find another hotel at midnight. Hotel is fine, front staff terrible.

Not like it used to be ….

I’ve been coming here for business since they opened & sadly it’s not what it used to be. They put me in a room where the AC was right next to the bed. Could not get the room to a comfortable condition. It was either too cold or too warm. Fixtures in bathroom were all rusted out.

Enjoyable anniversary celebration!

Great atmosphere, location and service, relatively new hotel. Nice restaurants on site (2) and also inviting pool+jacuzzi setting. Spent a night for anniversary celebration and highly recommend!
