Great place for the price and friendly staff I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Everything was fine. Hot breakfast was good. Only miss was no indoor pool.

I am somewhat put out by the fact that I couldn't book the hotel directly and not go through one of you booking operations. I get a much better deal, price, if and when I deal with the hotel directly. I asked that the hotel change the cold and hot water to the bath sink around to be correct. They are hooked backwards. I asked the hotel to fix a light in the sleeping area and that went unattended. Therefore I should get somewhat of a rebate due to the lack of service that should have been done but wasn't even attempted while I was there. They had an afternoon clerk that was great, however.

The room was clean. Good value and close to the mall.

Our queen beds were not very comfortable, mattresses were too soft. Everything else was great. Great staff.

It was good! I really appreciated the staff and the room itself. However, the amenties were lacking, and my hotel shuttle was late everyday. The breakfast was good, and I would consider staying there again.

This hotel was in a perfect location for me. Close to many great restaurants and shops. The hotel was fairly clean and comfortable except for the pool. They did clean the pool by my second day. When I arrived on Friday afternoon, the front desk staff were not very accommodating. That changed over the stay especially the evening staff!

I recently booked a suite at the Holiday Inn Express and was very satisfied. The room was large, with a separate area for seating and mini kitchen area. The bathroom was large as well, and included everything necessary. The hotel decor is very modern and appealing. The only improvement would be to add another TV to the room, so that the sitting area and beds could view the TV simultaneously. Overall, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was a business trip. I am a Priority Club member(PGM) and when I asked about the PCM bags with water I was told they didn't provide those. After excercising I needed water and when I asked if I could have a bottle of water, I was told I could purchase one. It was not a pleasant or hospitable experience. I did not have a shower cap. My room was right by the elevator (very noisy).

once again, reservations made online....didn't have the room i reserved and paid for...didn't get the suite i reserved but still paid the suite price. upon leaving, front desk refused to give me a receipt!!! i am NOT a happy 'camper!' ( the room i got was nice and was a very nice size-just not the room i reserved) construction work going on....strong odor from wood being stained....i have a serious health condition (which is why i was in the area to go to specialist)... explained to front desk that i cannot breathe such fumes....she just looked at me like i was crazy....i asked her if the rooms had this strong odor because if they did, i could not stay...i could tell she was not interested in helping me with this situation. i will not be booking online in the future. this is the 3rd time i haven't been able to get the price/room that i booked online. strike 3

Very disappointed in this hotel - I was expecting much more. Hampton Inn is a far superior hotel for the money.

The Holiday Inn & Suites in Plano was nice hotel with an extremely large suite with two queen beds, couch, over stuffed chair with ottoman, table and two chairs, wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was very large and was equipped with a hair dryer and coffee maker. The location was great because it was near several restaurants and adjacent to the highway. The only thing that I was disppointed in was their swimming pool. My daughter and I checked in and were looking forward to a swim but their pool was green and the bottom couldn't be seen. I mentioned that to the hotel staff upon check out, they're reply was that they were cleaning in the process of cleaning it.

I thought the new Holiday Inn Express idea was to make everything nicer. This hotel was passable - clean, quiet, and safe; but the rooms were a bit shabby and old, and my room had a strange odor. I stayed in another Holiday Inn Express that was much nicer, so this one was a bit disappointing. The value was good, considering the price, but all in all, I thought it could have been nicer.
