The ac/heater made a loud sound when it came on and I notified the front desk about it Friday when I got in my room and asked for another room on the 3rd floor and it never happened. Plus the hair dryer doesn't work properly, no heat coming out of it. And the bathroom counter is being held up by a piece of 2x4. That room needs to be taken off market and totally fixed before being rented to anyone else.

Booked a king size bed and was given a double queen. The room smelled like absolute mold and musty. Dead cockroach in the tub and live one crawling around in bathroom. Shower curtain looks disgusting. Stuck pieces of hard candy on carpet. You can’t connect the tv to the WiFi to stream anything. And the toilet barely flushed. I was told I would be refunded my final night but I have not been.
