This is an very nice property. It is very clean and the staff is friendly. There were some downsides. The room had a King bed and a sofa bed, but there was not an extra set of bed sheets, a blanket or extra pillows. They only provided two bath towels, two hand towels and two wash clothes. They only clean the room if you had been there for four nights, and then only if you asked. So, a room that they advertise as sleeping 4,only got two towels for 4 nights unless you went and got more from the front desk. Also, be prepared... The bed was not just firm, it was hard. Really, really hard. If you are a side-sleeper, be prepared for very sore hips.

We liked the variety of breakfast. We did not like the sliding bathroom door. Check-in was a nightmare. The check-in person (Jose) on Friday, 7/23/2021, close to midnight, was not courteous. No greeting, just "I'm going to need an ID, too" after I offered my credit card He read my last name on my drivers license, and said to the effect, "If I were to guess, I would say from Mexico?" When I said it was not, he felt the need to ask me what my heritage was. When I told him, he said, "You Filipinos should stop having Spanish last names." Keep in mind this is close to midnight and pone of my two children was laying on the chair after a long journey. Jose even made a comment saying she (my daughter) looked tired. That was the smartest thing Jose said at check-in. Terrible. Pleas train your personnel better.

I enjoyed our stay they are family oriented, they provide a Good breakfast and pool is great. I think they need more towels in family suite and a few trash bags since they aren't going into rooms during stay. Will definitely be staying here again soon.

Everything was great! The only downside was that when arrived nobody was at the front desk and I had to wait for awhile. I noticed that happened to someone else as well.

I don’t understand why they don’t offer housekeeping. First hotel during the pandemic that I’m told they don’t offer that service. It’s been a year now since covid started. Masks and gloves do work.

Very clean. Staff very helpful. Pool area very nice and clean. Only very small thing was the pool area has a kids fountain play area that wasn’t on and wasn’t able to turn on ourselves. I wasn’t going to go ask the staff to turn it on. We were only out there a hour and we were the only ones out there.

Family with small children

I don’t understand why they don’t offer housekeeping. First hotel during the pandemic that I’m told they don’t offer that service. It’s been a year now since covid started. Masks and gloves do work.
