I stayed at this property while healing from a surgery. I am an out of towner. I staid at this location for a good week. The room was clean. Up to date. Modern. Smart tv to keep me busy and it’s a locked facility so you feel safe. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook with. I literally didn’t have to leave the room if I didn’t want to. Chris the property manager was promptly responsive. I will actually be returning with my husband and I will be staying here again.

Great location, great size, great view. Comfortable

Pros: property looks just like pictures. Each room has a seperate living, kitchen, bath n closet. The view was right above legacy west mall strip and restaurants. So it was a great view...Everything was new, bed was big and extra comfortable. Property was quiet being that its connected to so much activity. Cons: They tried to change my room location to a different city. Not far from this location but not where I needed...They didnt send my room information until 2 hours before check in. Parking is across the street, but you have to get key from building first then go back and park your car. After check out, you will need the key to get up parking elevator which you wouldnt know until you have walked across the street and left key at room...It was just a hassle checking in, parking and checking out... Overall I would stay again and again, I just know what to expect as far as getting in. The owner and Arely were great with communicating, and helping, and instructing on what to do. So that eased my frustration.

Check-in process was confusing, however once I reached my contact via phone, check-in was easy. Property has a great location with good restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. Also, the property was called The Grand ... NOT Urbanlights at Legacy West, which made finding it more difficult.
