I honestly have no idea how this Motel 6 has an 8+ rating on Expedia. The first room we were given had stained sheets, and when we pulled them back, there was a hair on the bed. That alone should never happen in any hotel, budget or not. We moved to a second room, and unbelievably, it was just as bad. The sheets were stained there too, and the room felt dirty overall. The shower didn’t drain, so water quickly backed up while showering, which was disgusting. The final straw was finding a cockroach on one of our toothbrushes. That is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of cleanliness and hygiene. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. If you care at all about cleanliness or basic functioning amenities, avoid this place. Management seriously needs to step up because this was nowhere near acceptable.

I checked out after one night even though I paid for three because there was a roach in the kitchenette area. Staff was nice and everything else was fine. They refunded my deposit right away. I need to request a refund for 2 nights from Expedia. Staff checked to see if he could refund two nights. No go because of this 3rd party booking, but I appreciate that he was willing to check it out.

hotel was clean, everything seems to be clean, bed was comfortable, good location, I would stay there again, good for the value, was not noisy, the only problem was at night or when the room was dark baby roaches would come out, they were so small almost not noticeable and blended in with the countertop. I told the front desk, they said it's hard to keep them out with people bringing food and cooking. It wasn't like they were running all over the place, but they were there. hopefully they can get them under control.
