The hotel advertises that it serves breakfast but does not. when asked about the false advertising, the hotel staff says that they have told "them" to take that off. This is a lie. The hotel is engaging in false advertising. Claim to provide something it knows that it does not provide. I feel cheated because other hotels in the area that do not provide breakfast are cheater.
Staff was very helpful and cooperative.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. Room keys did not work, broken toilet with water leaking from the toilet tank and broken bathroom light and leaking roof. Had to change rooms twice and could not wait to get out of the hotel. It was a terrible experience!

Everything good for security you have to work all entrances because is not safe and same more cleaning at the stairs .
The first room we were told to take... Was already occupied. When we went to the front desk they made a comment about sometimes this happens... Apparently someone will stay a night and when they go to check out they leave the door open and then either come back or have their friends come back so they have a free room. The second room we got was not really clean. The sheets were stained and the beds had hair in them. The only thing good about this place was the manager seemed to be understanding about us not wanting to stay there and didn't give us a hard e about getting our money back.
I was scared the entire night because it sounded like I was caught between 2 high schools and the smell of weed in my room was the icing on the cake!! The staff was rude, not willing to help me when I asked for towels I never had!! I'm sure there's a way better motel in the McKinney.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean. The room needed a little TLC but it was comfortable. I would stay here again.
Do not stay at the hotel! The rooms were nasty, holes and stains in bed linens. No lamp shade on light, refrigerator dirty, air conditioner not cooling, carpets filthy. We were given three different rooms and all were the same and one room had personal items I. It as if someone was still staying in the room. would not let my dogs stay at this hotel. We ended up leaving and staying at another hotel.
