Health dept had the indoor pool shut down and noone even bothered to tell us, thats the only reason we booked a room there for my daughters 10th birthday so they ruined her birthday!! Mold in the bathroom along with hair in the shower, tv would not work.

Our room was very clean and very spartan in regard to furnishings. Our room offered only 1 chair and a mini fridge. No drawers or desks or even a microwave. They did put out a very nice spread for breakfast and had friendly staff. Overall our stay was pleasant.

In room, AC motor was out of balance and noisy. Laundry room was closed and sauna not working. Breakfast crew were working continuously to keep area clean. Breakfast hours should be 6 - 9:30 or 10 am.

Tru by Hilton is always our first choice when we book for accommodation because of the modern vibe and cleanliness. This hotel did not disappoint as the lobby area was clean and has the modern furniture and color palette the we always expect. We love how the room TV has the guest name welcome on. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were no longer fluffy and loss it’s shape. The bathroom toiletries scents are always my favorite in Tru hotels and never disappoints. The towels however does not smell clean. Overall, we had a comfortable stay in this hotel and likes how it is close to Panda Express.
