The location of felt safe. The facility appeared very well maintained. I really enjoyed my room! Very clean and everything inside it worked well. Complementary breakfast was good! Plenty of accommodations near the hotel too. There is a delicious authentic Mexican restaurant named Nuevo León Taqueria. Highly recommend. Thank you Hyatt!

The front desk made a look when I first walked in but that wasn’t a big deal, I’m use to that. I gave the hotel 3 stars because one of the beds was obviously broken, it sunk into the middle and creaks every time you move on it, woke up with a horrible back ache. You could tell the breakfast had been sitting out for a long time or either made the day before, the French toast was hard and the meat, eggs and potatoes had a hard layer over it. My mother who has dentures couldn’t chew it. The hotel was okay other than those things.

Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM. I arrived at 4:00 PM, but the room was not ready until 4:15 PM, which caused me to be late for a scheduled event at 4:30 PM. Additionally, the room was not thoroughly cleaned upon my arrival; there was dirt behind the couch that needed to be addressed. The shower water was only cold, which was inconvenient.

Upon arrival (3:30pm) I was informed my room wasn't ready due to late check-out and received a parking pass. There was a total of 4 rooms (3 separate parties being charged) that were reserved and only 1 was ready. One room was to be an adjoining room. They were informed that room was given away and they would have to get another room. They put their things in the room and left. When we all returned to the hotel (10-11pm) I got my room card as well as one other guest in my party. The 3/4 room had one room card and was requesting the other room card (kids-down the hall!!). They were told that they were being charged and additional $75 for a dog. How could that be when they DIDN'T bring a dog? The woman at the desk said an employee said there was a dog in the room. He reiterated that he didn't have a dog and again she said there was. I then spoke to let her know that upon check-in our rooms weren't ready and how could she TELL him he had a dog. He paid the additional money due to the kids needing a place to sleep. She then asked the Security Guard to go check the room with him. The Guard did a sweep of the room and no dog was found. Later they were informed they were wrong about the dog, and it belonged to another guest. That same dog and another barked ALL night and though they complained NOTHING was done to fix the issue. Customer service was terrible as well as the shower had NO hot water! Other guests were mad at check-in as well.(cheer/dance competition)

Room wasnt ready. When the room was ready 4 and a half hours later. It was the wrong room. Was charged for a lie from a staff memeber that a dog was in my room. No towles. No hot water. Water wouldnt drain in the sink. Dog I was blamed for having barked and couldnt get any sleep. Plus more... HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!
