The place is ok for a night and for single person. There was no microwave in the room, very inconvenient for family. So if you're traveling with family or children, then do not stay there. Wifi was not coded. It didn't have password, so any of your transaction will not be secured because it is a public WiFi. It was a beautiful and neat place thou. There was no room service unless you called and took them long time to respond. The breakfast was not a buffet as claimed.

Stayed here during the COVID panemic so there were some limitation to the hotel like no pool and workout facility. There was no daily room service unless requested. That being said.... My room had an issue with the lock not closing due to a misalignment, you had to pull on the door for it to click shut when leaving or push it shut when getting into your room. I reported this to the front desk, they said they would send someone to check it out but never did. They also said they will follow and move me to a new room if they could not fix it, they never did. As reported, daily room service wasn't offered due to the pandemic which is understandable. The issue was it wasn't communicated at check in and it was done when requested. The daily free breakfast was offered as to go brown bag with fruit, breakfast bar, and a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant or French toast. I don't know if you need to request syrup for the French toast or they forgot, I did not follow up. Juice and coffee was by request. Beds were comfortable. The power outlet by the TV did not work, I did not report it. Shower had decent pressure and hot water on demand. I would have given them a higher rating but the oversight on the personal request lowered it. My request also came before the influx of hurricane Laura evacuees....

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is convenient to a lot of stores and restaurants.

Due to Covid, the fitness center was closed and there was no complimentary breakfast, so in other words not a great value. But the room was clean and quiet and the people working there are friendly.

Clean. New. Decent breakfast. Excellent location, shopping very close by. Rooms are good sized. Towels could be more absorbent.

Paper wall in bathroom was peel off. Light at sink kept on and off on room 612.

I was checked into a room where a Ozone machine had been on apparently all day, not knowing what a Ozone machine was I settled down in my room 15 min later a freind came up and screamed for me to get out of the room. Then explained to me I could of died. Been having migraines ever since.

Very friendly staff, loved the free breakfast. Clean room and close to where my meeting was.

Is a confortable hotel friendly staff, clean rooms big rooms nice machines for working out

Clean room, temperature set just right, comfortable! Great breakfast bar, had me full all morning.

Front staff was great and friendly!! Really made us feel welcome! Had some problem with the ac but they sent a person from maintenance really fast!! Beds really comfortable as well as the pillows!! Only downside is how small the breakfast area is. But apart from that it’s a great hotel! Would definitely stay here again!!

Easy check in, clean room, 12p. check out is great.

Clean, roomy, great breakfast, convenient access, reasonable price.

The staff were especially helpful, even feeding us, at a very reasonable price, when we arrived late in the evening. Clean facilities. All staff members were very friendly. Very good breakfast each morning.

I will stay again in the future , that was a very happy hotel
