I was happy with the overall hotel stay . The view of the highway was magnificent. I wish I could have stayed longer.
I enjoyed my stay at this Sheraton. I have stayed here often and have always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. There are some aspects of the hotel that need attention, but overall the hotel is in a great location, is very comfortable, and is a good value.
Each room should have at least a microwave and fridge these are great expensive room not to have these items
This is a very average hotel. My only complaint was that my room was not ready during check-in time at 3. I was told that my room request for having two double beds instead of a single king sized bed was what was preventing my room from being ready (this request was made 3 months in advance). My room ended up being ready around 4:30 which wasn't a problem for me.
Really nice place to stay with some terrific staff who take great care of their guests
The place seemed to be very first class and nice. I was very pleased in the amenities. The bathroom soap smelled very good. My only issue was there was no coffee filters for the coffee.
The room was clear but found out that the glasses of the wall paint was broken, which implies that it could be little bit of dangerous
Good location, ugly view , the elevators weren't working
We stay at this hotel every time we go to Dallas. It is conveniently located in North Dallas, has great style, comfortable rooms, attentive staff, and a great free breakfast. I 100% recommend!
Excellent Hotel, I strongly recommend it..despite we wait for the room to be ready 30 mins, the room was in perfect condition..
The hotel entrance was extremely beautiful. I love all the decorations. The room was a bit old fashion but it was spacious, and clean and most of all, quiet!!! I didn't hear any noises at all during my stay and it's amazing. I had a good sleep and woke up happily.
This hotel is wonderful - Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Especially friendly was Brian - the foodservice manager. The hotel is nicely maintained and very clean. I will stay there again.
Hotel, staff, rooms were clean and location was very close to Galleria, shopping, restaurants at an affordable rate. Highly recommend this hotel for comfortable stay. Rooms could be a bit bigger for families with kids.
Pleasant experience. I would definitely stay there again. I loved the way the lobby was decorated. It reminded me of an art show with unique sculptures and ornaments.
We came to the city for a night out, hotel was very nice although the construction around the hotel made finding the entrace challenging. The service was wonderful as our friends had just got married and they sent up a bottle of champagne for them.
Is much better this hotel as it was several years ago, they remodel everything pretty much, the staff is always friendly and Mr Manuel at the Magnolia restaurant as always great person.
The hotel i think is good value. Some cons are that there is no safe in the room and it small and in Texas I would have expected bigger since realestate is not as tight as a major city in the northeast. Pool is rather small. We were traveling with an infant and had difficulty getting a fridge to store milk in our first night. For those with small children they have one high chair for the breakfast buffet. Clearly unacceptable for a hotel this large. we kept our daughter in her stroller. Bed is very comfortable, water pressure is adequate, TV is flat screen, and breakfast buffet is included. You can definitely eat enough to fill you to skip lunch. Great potatoes.
Staff was very rude... room was very small but clean.. they charge for EVERYTHING!!! DEFINITELY NOT WOrtH THE PRICE!!
Definitely wasn't what I expected and the things they charge you for are ridiculous... room was extremely small..
On the day that i was checking out my party and I were running kinda late and called down to the front desk to request a late check out. I was informed that the hotel did not offer a late check out and that we would have to be out on time. This is the first time that I have ever been denied a late check out at a hotel and it was very inconvenient.
