Air conditioning was off and had to ask them to fix then when fixed it was freezing and there was no way to make it warmer. The lighting was poor. Elevator wasn’t working at one point while we were there. The only water you could get was on the third floor when you were on the 14th floor.

It's a historic hotel that feels trapped in the early aughts. Terrible wifi, so I wasn't able to enjoy the large tv which i intentionally booked for entertainment. Bathroom floor was stained, toilet ran after flushing. The area in the lobby near the elevator smelled of porta potty. My room smelled musty. Elevators take forever. No turndown service. The staff were nice but aloof. Not worth the price, definitely would stay elsewhere. Was pretty mediocre for the price. Bed was comfortable, tub was nice.
