Room was a bed with a bathroom. No guide for TV channels. No clock or ANY informational notes. Hair dryer was old and the plastic was sticky along with a short when using it. If they ever had a restaurant or bar it was closed for renovation. Just the bare minimum.

Valet was super easy and team was friendly. Front desk team was ready to help and super knowledgeable of the area. We were able to check in early and that really helped our day. Room looked like a converted apartment so it had all the amenities of a residence. Will stay there again

Sorry but the room needs updating! Old and dated and had a smell. Old carpet, old stained tile (or was it dirty?). Windows were dirty, couldn’t even see out of them! Could’ve been clean but it didn’t feel like it. Wore shoes everywhere I walked in the room. No hair dryer!

No kitchen at all. At first glance it seemed clean, but the bathroom mirror was smudged and I was greeted in the morning by a roach on the night stand. Housekeeping tried to simply do their job. But early in the morning, in the room that I was still occupying. The windows to the outside were so horribly oxidized that even catching a view with your eyes was a struggle, much less a camera or phone. The chubby white man at the front desk was a bit condescending. A full refund is about the only thing that’d shut me up.
