Looks like it was a great place to be 20 years ago. The room was huge 1 bedroom, full kitchen, full bath, living room, and dining area. Parking was terrible. Disclaimer I was there on a busy weekend. I don’t know if it was normal busy or extra busy. Either way not well planned out. One of the parking attendants was helpful despite being rushed. Front desk staff was dismissive. Freezing cold room. Mystery stains on bedding and furniture. Broken, cracked, and scuffed everything and everywhere [floors, frames, art, elevators, walls, etc]. 1 of 7 elevators working in a 29 floor building. Very much regret booking here. Grateful I didn’t have to spend much time on site and everything else about my trip to Dallas was great!

Roach motel. Staff was nice. African American woman at front desk went above and beyond for customer who was having anxiety/panic attack, i even offered to assist(she was abrasive with her no) but i could see why. But she was consistently helpful, which was appreciated. Place could use some major updates along with bug maintenance.
