Beautiful hotel. Not the room in pictures though. Bathroom outdated , no separate shower. Water came out of the top and bottom when running the shower. Slow drain. Door had several scuffs in side bathroom. The bed was extremely hard. No padding. Window shades 2 out of three were broken and could not be opened.

Historic stay it was wonderful 💯 our room faced the street and we saw the famous Christmas parade.. parking was 45 bucks a day.. but well not bad

The staff was great. However, our room was run down and hasn’t been recently updated. In addition, the couch in our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Before we realized, we set some of our items on it and the items are ruined as we cannot get the smoke smell out of them.

My experience was very frustrating. I was always needing something for the room because it didn’t have the proper necessities. There were no bath robes, no pants to fry food, I have to ask for forks and a corkscrew, and there were roaches in the restroom. I was not pleased with what I paid for. I really wanted to talk with management about this situation.

Great stay and perfect location for the bmw dallas marathon near mile 12. We had to change rooms and luckily they were able to get us settled in another room just next door quickly.
