We arrived to the hotel, where homeless people were drinking a full bottle of Cosamigos in the lobby. We were told we didn’t have a reservation since we had used Expedia, even though the room was paid in full 3 weeks prior. Then we were told there wasn’t a room available with 2 queen beds OR a city view, which is what I paid for and drove an additional 3 hours for. I was put in a 2 full bed, 4th floor, view of the side of a building and a delapatated parking structure instead. We waited over AN HOUR for this at midnight. The Hilton at the galleria is AWFUL, it is disgusting and the staff was extremely foul. This was the worst experience at ANY hotel and with Expedia. There has been ZERO compensation.

Beautiful hotel with wide rooms and helpful amenities. I appreciated having a free extra hour to check out after issues with my flight. The hotel restaurant was very nice and the bartender was great. I would recommend to others. My family was impressed.
