They had loud construction going on in the building at 7 AM on a Saturday.
Philip at the concierge desk is wonderful. The rooms though had an odd perfumed scent I found obnoxious .
Low rating because the room needed to be cleaned better. There was a used wash rage on top of the shower rod. I’m very short so didn’t notice until I finished my shower. The sick filled fast, must have been a clog. Lighting is it good in the bathroom to do your makeup. Missing snacks as well. The view was beautiful, the shower pressure was incredible!! I would stay again if the rooms were cleaned better. Staff was incredibly kind.

This is an old hotel If you get here after 11 nothing is available to eat. No good places for delivery at that time Their in room dining also closes by then One has to buy everything(including water) from the minibar However the front desk was somewhat nice to me and ended up giving a bottle The building is old The elevators take their sweet time to work There is no breakfast Buffett. Overall quality of food is average. The mere we’re only 2 USB posts on the lamps on side of bed That should be more convienient The most disappointing thing is that one can’t get anything to eat if he/she arrives after 11 The most disappointing thin

Property had no water for several hours, after waiting for hours till the moment I needed to check out then they tried to offer another room so I can shower which could have been done 4 hours earlier but they just played the customers down additional to not giving me the room I originally booked. Awful experience. Not worth the price

I don’t like I have to pay for parking and it took some time for them to bring my car during checkout. Not that big of a deal though.
This hotel on paper is a good bang for your buck, BUT this one time 4/5 star is now a 3 start hat is falling apart with NYC 5 star pricing. Peeling wallpaper - DARK rooms- bathrooms with toilets like you would find in a park. Valet 42 a night. Martini - $30 - no bedside water - no coffee in the lobby unless you want to wait in line for Starbucks. Housekeeping made the bed and no more.
