Charged an additional fee which was not disclosed on Expedia when booking. I was told this was Expedia’s fault. True? Besides this, hotel offers a unique experience and definitely check out rooftop bar. Had a great time, but the surprise charge was unfortunate as we concluded our stay.

They originally tried to book my room on a floor under active construction. Then, the actual room they moved us into was in way worse conditions than the photos, and was overall poor quality. Additionally, once they book you, they charge an insane amount of fees to squeeze every penny they can out of you.
