Honestly mid. Staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. Breakfast was nasty. I'm pretty sure even the toast was cooked from frozen. We stayed 3 nights, did not get housekeeping at all. Asked for fresh towels once, was told we had to bring our towels down to the front desk and exchange them. Which was inconvenient just because do I haul all my kids down with me or do I trust them in a hotel room by themselves for 5 minutes (I chose neither & just used the wet towels). No towels at the pool. The whole hotel smelled a little funny. Really appreciated the location. Convenient to the train station, food, & downtown.

1 of 2 room booked had wet carpet from tile/kitchen area to the carpet area. Area 3x6 wet and soaked. Was not aware until I asked my daughter why her socks were dirty and then found out after I took my shoes off and walked through it and socks were drench. My daughter almost slipped with socks on going into the bathroom. Called service desk, no way to comp or switch room as they were fully over booked. Was told that maintenance will check the next morning. Spouse was not happy. Called service desk again, they brought up a fan and towels to lay over the wet area. I showed the service lady when towels were brought up - walked in the area, showed her how wet it is when stepping on tile. Pictures- you can see foot prints on the tile. Was told that it could possibly be spot cleaning and there was no time to dry. Nothing they could do so we just had to walk over towels and use the blower.

Condoms and old food under the bed and in mattress. Front desk came to clean she was very sweet . She let me know the manager would take care of this but that never happened. Overall clean place and nice breakfast.
