The staff was amazing, the hotel is very well maintained, there's a bar and easy food options. Parking is close and accessible. This was a great stay!
I didn’t like that they charged for parking
Simple and nice! I’ll stay here again!
Personnel very nice and helpful. However, one of the two elevators was out of service as was the laundry facility. Just didn’t seem like things were working too well. Downtown is pretty drab. Lots of homeless. On the plus side, the Pioneer Plaza across the street from the hotel was neat and good amount of green space for your dog to walk. Also parking was plentiful with in-out privileges.

Really nice good people
Huge rooms, extremely helpful and friendly staff, good location.
Property was clean and very quiet for being in downtown area. Rooms were a bit smaller than described but again very clean and comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Didn't like that no one mentioned that parking FEE was NOT included!
We stayed at the aloft in downtown Dallas our first night there the AC went and they switched us to another room they are supposed to be a no smoking hotel room they switched us to smells like someone smoked weed in there and cigarettes it was awful being asthmatic I immediately walked out of the room went back downstairs and they gave us another room the weekend there was horrible they were in our hallway smoking weed and yelling at 1 AM on both Friday and Saturday nights very disappointed as we have stayed in many aloft hotels and never had this experience
Convenient location, comfortable room and bed, good coffee in the morning. The pool was closed for maintenance during my stay, which was very disappointing- really the main reason i booked this spot.
Enjoyed the pool table in the lobby. Good way to pass time when its raining.
This is the BEST Aloft I've stayed at. Amazing views of Dallas landmarks from our bed, huge spacious rooms, (I paid for a basic minimum room) clean, and amazing fun lobby bar area. When I go back to Dallas I will only ever stay there!!!
Fells like a boutique hotel. Nice decor, edgy and current.
Clean, nice staff and the room was just as the picture showed. Only thing was no breakfast and I wasn’t aware that the hotel was pet friendly.
the lobby was cool looking - very trendy. The location was good to get to the historical area. The breakfast was ok - nothing great. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the towels were awful - very thin and scratchy.
The pictures are deceiving. They make the property look fascinating, and then you enter and think "gross". The hotel room itself was weird. The toilet was IN the shower...which was very frustrating for a family with small kids who need to potty while someone else is showering. Would never stay there again.
This is a unique hotel, an old building converted to a very classy place. There are old columns and bricks visible throughout the place, showing off it’s history and charm. Room was comfortable and quiet, bathroom was very modern. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Lobby area was nice, with ample seating and a pretty bar area. Overall, nice visit.
