No carpet at room,we had refrigerator and microwave,and room is clean

Front desk was busy, but quickly checked us in OK.

The room is good and neat. We arrived pretty late and leave very early next morning.

Cost was low and it fit our basic needs. They do need some better maintainance workers.

For the price, I thought this was a very good value. The room was spotless, pretty large and well-equipped with a firm, comfortable king bed, good cable selection, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, central heat (quiet) wall air conditioner, telephone, etc. The free shuttle from the airport and public computer for those who do not have Wi-Fi were big plusses. Some noise from the takeoffs, but the windows are double-paned, so it's not too bad. The property is somewhat aging, and I did not see a pool or Jacuzzi. Check-in was a little slow, but not infuriating. In-room coffee, but no breakfast (you have to buy that at Denny's next door. No other restaurants in the immediate area. Unless you want luxury, perfect for an overnight stay before or after your flight. Bring ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Dirty . The comforts seems like they don’t wash them for awhile

Door to room didn't completely close and popped open without dead bolting. Also maintenance man was making loud disruptive noise on third floor next to my room 340 during evening hours

Waited for pickup at airport with another guy for an hr and a half in the cold and rain, beacause we were in wrong pickup spot. Was not explained to us very well til i talked to a cab driver. then got put in wrong room, then no heat and dead cockroach in bed and 1 on wallI was still up at 6am. This morning i go to make coffee and old coffee still in there manager says he wouldnt of stayed in this room i told him where was i supposed to go and he said another room like any of the other rooms wouldnt have them. So ive gotten 4 hrs sleep. Manager acts like its my fault that they have cockroaches and old coffee in coffee pot. And its the courtesy companies fault for pickup when its the front desk her that i talked to. I request a refund. Now i get to go to the airport in 2 hrs and sit there til 11 pm with 4 hrs of sleep. Did i mention i am disabled.

Very pleasant motel. It was near Denny’s and the airport. It was clean, pleasant and affordable

The room was clean, but the floor by the bathtub has come up, the window had bird poo all over it, the elevator had a strong ursine smell, and overall I realized that I got what I paid for. The bed was comfortable, minus the yellow on one of the sheets and the bedspread smelled like BO. The staff when we checked-in was very polite and I appreciated that. This place was ok, but I won’t ever stay again.

For many years this has been my go-to motel for overnight DFW flight stopovers. It has been clean, friendly, efficient, and an excellent value. Unfortunately, based on my experience last week, I will need to look for another place to stay. The airport shuttle was very slow, the driver and both desk clerks were unprofessional and surly, the room was not clean (particularly the shower), and there was no electricity in my room at arrival. Maintenance did correct that fairly quickly, however. The overall condition of the property is deteriorating rapidly, and it is evident that maintenance is now being deferred. The dollar value is still acceptable, but the low price is not enough to entice me to stay there again.

Toilet didn't work well and heating in room difficult to manage.

Shower bathroom walls needs new caulking. Air Conditioner filter needs cleaning or replacement because it was very dusty.

I foundmost of the staff friendly after a week stay. I was not very pleased with the manager after he blew me off. I asked for a price to have an item shipped to my home address. He didn’t lift a finger to help. Just asked for my credit card number. He wouldn’t even talk to me in person even though I was 10 feet away from him. Very grumpy guy!
