Very nice people at check in, happy to have us there and easy to check in.

The staff I encountered were both friendly and professional. I was happy with my stay. The room and staff definitely carried my comfortable experience with red roof inn hotels.

The room reseller of smoke. Upon bringing my family in the room (to include 2 children under 3) we discovered roaches.

Got in late, check in was fine no problems but when we parked there were all kinds of people hanging out around the hotel. Had to walk the dog a long ways to find a place to relieve himself. Lot of noise late at night from people maybe partying. Rooms are old and bed was down to its springs so when you laid on it you could hear the springs rattle.

We stayed here for a conference because we had our dog. It wasn't bad. The rooms have been renovated. The location was good and easy to get to. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel for the price. Check in was easy. Staff nice. Room was ok, could be a little bit cleaner.

Clean room, pleasant atmosphere, airport shuttle, friendly employees. Sink was VERY slow draining, staff should have noticed this when cleaning the room. Overall experience was good and would definitely recommend the motel.

Ok, great stay for the price. Staff is amazing. Cleans, close to airport, and they have a shuttle.

Staff was friendly and professionals Bed was smaller than full size. Door knob in bathroom falling apart. Definitely will not be staying here again

I wasn't willing to spend $$$ for my 7 hour layover, I just wanted a bed and a shower and a ride to and from the airport. This hotel had a 3.5 out of 5 rating from Orbitz and the reviews were mostly positive so I figured I had nothing to lose. The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant (keep in mind, you must call them to have them send the shuttle to get you from the airport), but that is where the pleasantries ended. Although the room was non-smoking, I was immediately slapped in the face with the stench of old cigarette. There was a lovely shade of yellow that stained every surface in the room, each of which was coated in the film that accompanies years of smoking. Touching the TV remote left a feeling on my hands similar to that left after caressing a snail, and the greasy glaze on the carpet kept my shoes on for my entire stay. The beds were impeccably made but the pillows were covered in hair. Not the one hair that the housekeeping crew accidentally leaves behind, but enough hairs that I could have donated a ponytail to Locks of Love. The floor, bedskirt, headboard, and desk chair were accentuated with splatters of a white substance that I am just telling myself were the result of the prior guest housing a St Bernard. The shower provided hot water and the toilet flushed. The vanity was complete with years worth of toothpaste flecks and flossing bits on the mirror and wall. This was far from the good night's rest and refreshing shower that I was looking for.

I have stayed here many times for quick overnights while connecting through DFW to international destinations. The place is showing wear and tear, but for the price it was a good value. Lately the rate has risen much too high given the declining condition of the property. I will probably look elsewhere on future trips. Desk clerk when I checked in (Jose) was VERY efficient and professional.

badly maintained rooms and unclean room. The room was filled with smoke .

The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke and mildew. When I complained we were given a different room. It was then that I noticed the rat bait traps by the elevators. The room looked clean enough but the phone and TV didn't work. I didn't care about the phone but TV was necessary. I called front desk on my cell phone and they came immediately and fixed the TV. The bath towels were the size of hand towels and you could see thru them. There were also some scary people that appeared to be living there. Don't think I'll be staying there again.

My stay here was absolutely terrible! The staff was not friendly and did not display good customer service skills. I found them to be very rude and not helpful, this started from my check in, when I had issues with my room on multiple occasions and during checkout. I was not greeted each time I came into the office and very rarely did they ever look up to give me eye contact nor did they explain anything on the paperwork. I had many complaints with my room: #1 my room was missing an iron, I called down for one and was advised to come pick it up, also the ironing board in my room was absolutely filthy (please see pics) with gross stains and rust all over the cover. #2 my refrigerator was not working initially and did not get cold after leaving my items in it for over four hours, I called down to get it serviced or replaced and the maintenance man bought me a dirty one that had a brown mystery substance spilled out of a ziploc baggie all our it inside. (please see pictures). #3 the shower curtain looked like it had been eaten by bugs or rodents (please see pictures). I only stayed because I was there for a convention and most everything was sold out. I will never return here.

Waited over an hour for shuttle. Tried calling hotel but they wouldnt answer. Finally got through and put on hold for 10 minutes only to be told the shuttle was running but dont know where. Room was small but clean. Phone kept ringing for no reason so i unplugged it. Batteries in tv remote dead.

We booked 2 rooms. They were next to each other. The hotel staff was ok. I probably stay one hotel every 3 months. This was the worst hotels I stayed in so far. When you walk in, the smell of mold just hits you. This was worst in the bathrooms of both rooms. Some of the light switches didn't work. One of the rooms had a whole punched in the wall. Parking at night was nightmare because people would use the facility to park and fly. They have free shuttle to airport but they didn't ask everyone to show their ID to verify that they stayed there. One of the rooms didn't have an iron. When I asked for one, I never got it. One of the rooms never got fresh towels even though they took the old towels.

A non-smoking room had been heavily smoked in. I had to move to a different room because of the smell. The room I did stay in the air conditioner did not function well. Luckily the out side temperature cooled so the air conditioner was not needed eventually. The room I stayed in, had been smoked in but it was not evident until morning when the deorderizer wore off.

Lobby under construction , room had bugs in the bathroom. They were tiny though.

Feces were on the blue upholstered chair in the room. The air condition wall unit did not work. The heater near the ceilings made a loud noise whenever I ran the heat in the room. Dark blood stains on the carpet near the beds. Mirror above the desk was missing when I arrived and I did let the front desk staff know about it. Strange noises inside of the room while I'm in there by myself; holograms ghosting in my room remotely from other rooms within Red Roof Inn or one of the other neighboring motels near DFW Airport. Untrustworthy staff. Overcharged $3.19 for the digital safety deposit box in the room that did not work.

The lobby smelled really bad. The room was okay but I could hear everything the neighbors were doing including texting. No breakfast, just coffee. But for an overnight layover, it was okay.
