Airport shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up. It is unmarked without the name of the hotel which is ridiculous. Our room had a huge puddle of clear liquid on the floor. Im hoping it was only water after cleaning it up. The adjoining room had two barking dogs. In a word … YIKES !

The hotel was close to the freeway and the DFW airport I only stayed here for 1 night for a early morning flight and for the price it served it's purpose The room was clean but a bit outdated, the bathtub had some stains in it and the bed was comfortable

Convenient to Denny's. Rooms very old calking and sloppy painting. Dirty not cleaned well. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Burnt holes from cigarettes on bedspread. Bed very unsturdy felt like you were going to fall to floor when you sat on bed. No place to sit except on the bed. Furniture falling apart. Gave no info. On where vending or ice machines were located. Pictures on web site are not what rooms look like at all. Will never stay again or recommend to anyone.

I didn’t know there was a charge for parking because I had called about leaving my car there while I was gone to the airport and then I booked a room coming home so I could just leave my car the whole time. Then all the sudden there was a charge to leave my car….what?? I was upset, then they allowed me a discount to leave my car.

Great customer service

This is a Red Roof, please don't expect luxury. We stay here almost every time we have a flight out of DFW and its great. The man working the front desk is always extremely nice and helpful. The rooms and beds aren't great. But the customer service, airport shuttle, and parking make up for it.
