Scary...we were not aware this was a flop house. The room was clean but haggard. The other guest's were 75%residents and looking rough. Cars in the parking lot under repair. Staff was kind and helpful, but we will not return.

Worst hotel ever

The heater didn’t work at all it smelt like someone was smoking for months. The spread and the window curtains had smoke holes in there worst experience ever.

Clerk was polite. Property was dirty looking, room was smelly and there were blood stains on the wall and power outlet. Walking to the room was dark and scary. The area was sketchy and unsafe.

The shuttle service from the airport was extremely slow. Staff at the hotel make callers wait and wait and wait before answering when calling to book a shuttle or inquire about ETA. Hotel shuttles are filthy. Our bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke and the bedspread even has burn holes in it from cigarettes.

Airport shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up. It is unmarked without the name of the hotel which is ridiculous. Our room had a huge puddle of clear liquid on the floor. Im hoping it was only water after cleaning it up. The adjoining room had two barking dogs. In a word … YIKES !
