TV died last night, maintaince did not fix it. Mold on ceiling in bathroom.

The room has no heat. I called front desk and they said the electric heater will take a long time. The mattress is dirty the curtain is dirty. I don’t know how Orbitz scam customers.

While the airport was close, there was very little jet noise.

It was DISGUSTING. Roaches, dirty walls and doors. No way it shouldve been rated as highly as it was, photos definitely misleading

Lots of rift raft going on.. seen crack pipe in parking lot.. it seemed very unsafe.. would never stay here again..

The check in desk staff was amazing and very friendly but the room itself (122 I think) was abyssmal. There was a smell that lingered even after turning on the AC and upon entering the room, the fire alarm was already off the wall. Using the bathroom, the sink would not even drain and the sink stopper would not work. Even when I got it to work by reaching under the sink, it still would not drain properly (only very VERY slowly). Quite disappointed with the experience and the only redeeming factor was the TV and condition of the bed.

The place is okay. Only thing that comes to mind is old smoking smell even it is no smoking room. Just outside the room is where people smoke area.

I will avoid that motel in the future. Mattress needed replacing a long time ago. It was highest in the center and then severely curved downward on both sides towards the edges. I did not sleep well because of that. Wasted of money getting a room for DFW flight layover.

It was cheap when i needed a room for the night. Parking lot was dark and had a feel like something shady could happen at any second.
