Beware - Not as Advertised

Buyer beware: this is not a professionally-managed hotel. This is the equivalent of an bnb, with guest rooms across two floors in a high rise. There is no lobby, no typical hotel services, parking instructions are unclear, and access requires entry through three different elevator steps. The room itself was OK. Very modern and spacious, but the cleanliness left something to be desired. We found stains on our sheets, and the shower/bathroom floor were not very clean (including broken tiles on the shower floor). The road noise was significant— we could hear tons of traffic all through the night even though we were on the 49th floor of the building.

A relaxing stay with a beautiful view!

My husband and I live about 35mi from Dallas, and after a busy season we desperately needed a short staycation to reconnect and rest. We found Mint House on a quick search, we booked, and other than a neat, clean stay, I didn’t have a lot of expectations. Upon entering the facility, we were warmly greeted by the front desk area, directed to the elevators, and given instructions on how to get to our floor. We walked into our room, took in the view from the expansive windows, and I was speechless! I got up every morning to watch the clouds change colors in the sunrise, and we were back every evening to view the sunset. As for the rest, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, staff was friendly, and I just couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and peaceful experience. There are many dining options nearby, and we found that we enjoyed walking to get takeout, but we brought it back to sit in the leaving room and eat near the windows, birdwatching and people watching. Our room was actually upgraded for free, and I wouldn’t think twice about purchasing the upgrade. Thank you, Mint House, for a memorable stay.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at!

It was a beautiful very private hotel! Highly recommend! The bed was very comfortable, everything was super clean, and the views were outstanding. They upgraded us to a suite which was also a nice surprise!

Great property. Quirky lift access is a little frustrating having to change lifts and enter PIN codes but outweighed by great sized well equipped apartments.

I was pleased to see security guards on duty around the clock, the concierge responded promptly to any assistance i required. The room was clean with a breathtaking view. The fitness centre was well equipped and quite spacious. I love the idea of having a pin code instead of a key.
