My fiancé and I have stayed in hotels all around the metroplex, and this was easily the best experience we have had ever. Excellent service, supremely helpful staff, gorgeous atmosphere. This is my recommended place to stay for anyone wanting to feel incredibly special.
Great hotel but not so great for business. No business center, no coffee machine in room. Staff were awesome. Spa was amazing. Good gym. Room service just ok.
Great location, doormen were terrific during our 3 days, front desk very accommodating, valet was extremely efficient. Only 2 minor challenges.....1) our room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon (Friday) after our first night stay; when we returned that night, we had slippers and robes in the room......a great touch, but wondering where they were the first night. 2) we ordered the USA Today when we checked in, but didn't receive it on the doorstep until our last morning (Saturday). Otherwise, the place is remarkable.......thanks for having us!
