Well our first night was alright, they came and cleaned the room the next morning! We kinda made it late that night so we didn't get in the pool. We wake up to find the pool shut down. The hotel staff knew nothing about what was going on, or nothing. Everytime we asked they just shrugged there shoulders. Ok so we went to town thinking oh it might be back up later! WRONG! Mind you we have a child with us, and that's all he is asking about! So the next morning we ate breakfast and then went to town, left our food in the room, for them to throw away, BUT they didn't change our sheets or look like even looked at our room, cereal bowls all on the counter it was just how we left it JUST NEW TOWELS! Well it wasn't all that Terrible, comfortable beds I guess and ok TV. Front desk man with beard was nice. But it's all good. I wouldn't comeback, simply because it's unpredictable . And we didn't get to swim our whole 3 days staying! Ridiculous ..

This hotel was one of the better ones that I have stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was not to bad either.

The room was very clean. It has a desk to work on.

Jacuzzi was fun. The breakfast wasn't the best but it was nice overall.

For the price, One of the best hotels I have stayed at.

I was amazed at how inexpensive this hotel was compared to all it offered! One of the main reasons, other than the value, I wanted to stay at this hotel was that it had an indoor pool and jaccuzi, which very few hotels in Dallas have that. The pool and jaccuzi were fine, didn't have any problems with them. The room was great, too. I paid $5 extra for a little living room adition, and it was well worth it. Another great thing about this hotel was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. If I go to Dallas again, I plan on staying at this hotel again.

for a basically $200.00 room (187.00) there was no REAL cable TV, the "breakfast" while free was definitely nothing special. the bed was comfortable and the "hot tub" was about as normal as one could get. this room should have been 1/2 the price considering the Dallas location and the fact that it shares the parking lot with a much lesser hotel and is basically on a prostitution stroll

This was a conveniently located hotel that made it easy to get around the city. The bathroom was surprisingly clean and the staff friendly. The neighborhood wasn't exactly awesome (it is Dallas) but the roving security guard and well lit parking lot was comforting. If you're on a budget, this is a fairly cheap, easy and comfortable place to stay.

Location was convenient if you are traveling to different parts of the Dallas metroplex. Room was spacious and affordable with only minor issues. The cabinets and fridge could have been a bit cleaner and the carpet was sticky due to the humidity in the room. The shower head was a bit dirty too, but other than this it was pretty clean and comfortable. The staff seemed friendly and security was clearly important to them with lots of cameras in the parking lot and hotel entrances, and with a patrolling security guard. I was approached by a woman of questionable character, but this is probably more symptomatic of the neighborhood than the hotel. Just don't linger in the parking lots and use a little common sense when approached by strangers.

pool was cold, spa was not working after calling ahead of time (4 hours) to make sure that it was and staff could not speak english

poor not good called ahead of time to make sure pool was working. pool was cold when i arrived and spa did not work

The location is pretty convenient for me, since its located near my office in Dallas, that's why I picked the hotel. The staff was very nice, breakfast OK, but the facilities look quite old now; I've stayed in Comfort Suites before that look nicer.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Both mornings, "hot" water for breakfast was luke warm to ice cold. Did get addressed when I asked for it but should never have happened. On checkout I was told I COULD NOT get a receipt for my stay. WHAT????????? I have to be in this area every week for at least the next 2 months but will not stay here again. Check-in with Derrick was fine, but otherwise, very poor customer service.

This was a good hotel. Staff was friendly enough and breakfast was free. My only Complaint would be the air conditioner in room 323 sounds like an old car on a bumpy road. It made it difficult to get to sleep and I was too tired to complain or change rooms. I had a big meeting in the morning. Luckily I did get some rest. I booked the room for the same day and they gave me the $179 room at $75 after fees. I don't know if they just put me in the wrong room or I got lucky. I would stay again but not in that particular room.

Good value, clean room and descent breakfast. Staff easy to talk to over the phone.

good vacation and good experience at hotel staff was very helpful on giving directions pool was not up at time renovations. i was looking forward to swimming before retiring for nite. overall I enjoyed stay.

With the sofa bed we could place three in the room which made our conference expenses more reasonable. Breakfast was good. I liked the Texas shaped waffles.

Very clean, nice beds and towels. Big room. I paid $66 for a king suite online, no other options. When I pulled into the drive way the sign said King room for $55. I would have been happy with that, but a suite for $66 wasn't bad either. I brought my trunks for the jacuzzi, but of course it wasn't working. Internet was sloooooow, but free. Nice place for the $$$, I would stay again stay there again.

The gentleman that checked me in was very nice and helpful! I really liked the way the room was set up especially for my kids. For the price it was a definite "stay again" in my book!

The Confort Suites Central Park was very nice. It was my first stay and my first time staying in a hotel where there is actually a division between the bed area and living area. I really appreciated that we had access to a refrigerator/microwave/iron, etc. It is in a great location! Food and shopping were literally only 1 minute away. I would love to stay there again!!!

Thank you for letting me know about the issues you had with our hotel. Unfortunately if anything is left on the counters the housekeeping staff will not throw away. It has to be in the trash can. The pool was out of service for repairs, I am sorry about that but was fixed Monday. I do hope will will stay with us again.
